As a BVB fan, I hope that we can perhaps pull off a big surprise. But unfortunately they play too inconsistently and the defence is too weak.

My favourites this year are Manchester City or FC Bayern.

So what to wish for in next round - i wouldn't mind at all if the first 4 teams ^ have to play eachother but realistically even 2 of them going h2h should still be better option rather than seeing 4 potential one-sided games should (for example) Man City paired with Dortmund, Real with Liverpool, Bayern with Porto and PSG with whoever advances tonight ...

his start in the Champions League is really great. it will be interesting to see him in the next stages of the tournament, already against the strongest teams. as for 100 goals, a lot will depend on which team he will play in.

What a solid performance again for second time against Atletico in the second leg. So comfortable win. As someone earlier said they are the shadow favorite. The situation is very close to 2012. Chelsea were in awful shape and sacked Vilas Boas and came Di Matteo and won the double. 2021 Chelsea in awful shape, sakced Lampard and Tuchel now is making some miracles with this not so good squad, especially in defense. Now, Chelsea are 5th favorite to win it and if they did not face Bayern until the final can surprise with their current style of playing, who is perfect for elimination stage.

You're 100% right about Bayern, but Chelsea don't look capable of reaching the final.
