I saw that guy at the 'Wells Fargo' Championship in Charlotte, NC. He's really cut, not sure there's an ounce of fat on the guy's body. He's famous for the curiously low stance he takes on the putting green to get a look at the angles. Good golfer, for sure - cool name too. Google 'villegas green' and click on images.

FedEx Cup playoffs begin

Nice field at 'The Barclays' this week, including Tiger and Phil. Winner gets a bunch of FedEx Cup points so the importance can't be denied. Standings get recalculated after this week, top 100 advances to the next tournament (Deutsche Bank Championship).

FedEx Cup rolls on

Eliminated from the playoffs: Tim Clark, Derek Ernst, John Rollins, Robert Garrigus, Brian Harman, Luke Guthrie, Martin Flores, Greg Chalmers, Erik Compton and Scott Brown. Not exactly a bunch of big names, but we'll get there.

Masters underdog picks

I've got Derek Ernest at 1000 to 1, and Lucas Glover at 200 to 1. Sorry to see no Tiger this year, but the even will be just as great anyway. Was headed to Augusta on Monday to try and score entry, but got cancelled by the weather.

May as well take Spieth as well. Anybody with a right to left high ball flight and a good short game has an incredible chance at Augusta National. Game is set up for right to left shots.
