East Carolina (+11.5) @ Home vs Temple - I'd be on the other side. East Carolina barely beat old dominion, a team that's in the ranks of the worst in nccaf. They also barely beat William and Mary the week before at home. I don't see them as also team that can sneak a upset in like they used to in years past. And so far, they have devolved after the Gardner Webb game.
Cincy (+4)was (+3.5) @ Home vs UCF - must win win for both isn't it? I'm on the other side of this already. Bet it soon as the odds came out.
San Jose St (-6.5) @ Home Vs New Mexico - I'm considering this also.
Utah St (+28) @ LSU - I could see the argument for a cover here, but I wouldnt call this a let down game. LSU will be prepared.
Wisconsin (-37) vs Kent St. - same feeling you said. Line has gone up but I passed on it even when it was lower. If it had ro bet it, I'd be on the same side, but I'll be passing on this.
Penn St. (-27.5) vs Purdue - also considering this for the reasons you mentioned, but I need to look more I to the defensive numbers.
UConn (+11) @ Home S. Fla - usf aren't as good as the last few years, they have gone down and down since ucf has taken their shine away a few years back. That said, UConn is a dumpster, full of crap, that's on fire. Man they are terrible
Army (+3) vs Tulane - I saw this line too and thought army could be a good dog also. Tulane gives up 150 rushing yards a game, but that's kind of off putting because that average is like that due to the Houston game. They held auburn to just auburn tad more than that. Army is averaging 300 on the ground, but mostly to terrible teams. All comes down to if Tulane can contain that run or not.
E. Michigan (-6) @ C. Michigan - seems like a solid line, but I'm not well versed on eastern michigan.
Florida (+3) @ Home vs Auburn - I don't see Florida being able to hang here. I think auburn is considerably better. If Florida can do ok vs the run, this can be a serious game, but if auburn can run, and not have to put Bo in pressure situations then this could be double digits.
Troy (+25) @ Missouri - my initial thought when I saw this was to bet troy, but last week is too fresh in my mind, and mizzou has been good since rhetoric opening get game upset. Mizzou hasn't had to travel... well they haven't even traveled in September at all. A whole month at home, with a week off. Rested and comfortable. If troy don't jump on them fast, this could get ugly if troy play like last week.
West Virginia (+10.5) @ Home vs Texas - those double digits didn't mean anything to me. Texas is vastly better than wv this year. WV played decent once. Texas has played good every game against far superior opponents. I see no reason why Texas shouldn't cover this twice over.
Oregon (-18) @ Home vs Cal - unfortunate for cal, as I said last week when it happenend, cals Cinderella story is done already. Not sure how much it trust Oregon though.
Toledo (-2) @ Home Vs Western Michigan - I think Toledo win by double digits. They have impressed me this year.
Kansas St (-2) @ Home vs Baylor - was impressed with Baylor a defence last week until the last quarter, where they got outscored 21 to 0. Kansas has been solid and even though they lost, they held ok state to 20 something points last week. On paper ks should be able to handle Baylor on both sides of the ball.

Florida International (-26.5) @ Home vs UMASS - that's a lot of points to cover vs a team that puts up some points every week. I think they would have to put up 48 points at minimal to cover here. So do you think they can score 48, or hold UMass to 14 or so, then score 42? They haven scored over 31 so far this year. I think UMass cover.
Michigan St. (+20) @ Ohio St. Michigan state is ass on offense. But... this is at semi rivalry game, and their defence is good... osu at home rested. 45 to 17 or so to my eyes.
SMU (-13) vs Tulsa - SMU are rolling, and should put up 40 here quite easily. I see Tulsa putting up between 17 to 24
Nebraska (-7.5) vs Northwestern - Nebraska is a no no for me. If nw can play defence like they did last week at Wisconsin, then they could win this game straight up. Nebraska is kind of a poor man's Wisconsin really. I'm not sure if that was a fluke game or if nw is just that good against that type of team or not.

Duke (-4) @ Home vs Pitt - duke won too good... was hoping it would be a lower line. I don't like this match up because Pitt are just so unpredictable. Almost beat penn, then beat ucf, then have to mske a comeback to beat delaware... at home. They play up to good opponents usually, and down to bad teams quite often. They have been like that a long time. I want to bet duke because I've made a lot of money off them in the last 3 years or so, but I'll need to look further I to this game before I pull the trigger.

I think both road favorites cover tonight. Usa haven't beat gs in like 7 or 8 years, and I don't see that changing. They gave up a ton of rushing yards to memphis, and gs is a run team. They are also a go for it on 4th and short team at almost any situation. That could be a bad thing too, but given usa's soft front, I see that working out well. Tt is 4 tds, and looks appealing, as I think gs is the same quality as last year, and usa are worse than last year. Gs put up over 45 in that game.
Temple is just simply more talented everywhere than ec, especially defensively. I think ec will struggle to get 20 points, while I think temple should be able to get 30+.which also makes their tt appealing as its exactly 30.

When I started betting sports I used to have a similar bet scheme like your bets but I did it in soccer, which I knew nothing about. Betting big favorites ht ft, or over 1.5 and such parlayed to get the odds to even or a little higher.

I like both the favorites and both the overs in tonight's games. Not a bad parlay and tease either on those. I'm looking at the prop bets now though. Has anyone actually seen any of the San Jose state games? Is that qb as legit as he is made out to be? I've not seen them play other than just some highlights.

I'm not big into betting ivy league games, once or twice a year I'll mess with them. I'm liking Dartmouth tonight, they have played really good so far through 2 games. They have scored over 70 and given up just 10 in those 2 games. They are are triple option team, but have opened it up some this year with the pass. They beat Pennsylvania last year in a close game as the dog, and I think with the added offensive plan they have had so far, that they will gash Pennsylvania for a handful of big plays that aren't expected. Pennsylvania have just played OK going 1-1 so far. Not many stats stand out for them on paper that doesn't make me think Dartmouth won't have a somewhat easy win here.

Edit.. unfortunately they went for it on 4th and got it. Ballsy play considering they were on the 50. Ended 1-2 on that game to break even from the buy out. Won dartmouth earlier, so 2-2 -as of now. San Jose are cruising, and looks like that over is a good possibility. Hopefully end the night on a high note
