I'm not sure if this question have been asked already. Sorry for eventual repeating in advance.
Is there an easy way to find marked hands from past days, months. I mean i know its easy to find those, which been played today by just clicking on "Play Poker" and on Tab "View Today's Hands" with check on "Show Marked Hands Only". But what if i want to see all marked hands from this month for example? Is it possible at all? Or i have to look through all of my tournaments for that?

Hi No1eJoker, well i'm not sure if this can be solution for your issue, but maybe you should check if your hand history folder setting for PokerStars is right. You have to click on "Play Poker" in your PT4. Then right-mouse-button on PokerStars and "Configure". "Get Hands From Site While Playing" shall be checked and your path to hand history is proper. That's for example how the path looks at my PC: "C:\Users\ "windows account name"\AppData\Local\PokerStars.EU\HandHistory\

And make sure that all of your poker rooms are set on English. Otherwise PT4 could not work.
I have no problems with PT4 or HUDs on PokerStars regardless if it's MTT, SNG or Cash Games, so it's obviously a problem with your settings.

I do not think that is not a problem because I can see the data when I play cash games, when play the tournaments I can see data about player in * View Active Tables *, but I can not see the data in the room on my table, is not displayed next to these players ,that is only problem.
Maybe I've incorrectly configured Tournaments: file:///C:/Users/Admin/Pictures/Debut/Untitled%2045.jpg

Well I review them this way: click "statistics", in the left chose "report: summary" and "group by: position" and if you need marked hands from all of the positions, click on any position and press "Ctrl+A" and check "show marked hands only". In the left column you can edit filters that you need, for example date, tournament type, buy in etc.

Can anyone tell me if PokerTracker can be used for GlobalPoker, and if so can a HuD be used since it is not a program in itself but simply a website?

I have tried digging through this thread but have not noticed the answer yet.

Do you know where I can buy PT4 MTT HUDs?


I have seen many people use different HUDs, some of them display big blends stats in a separate bigger window and this is very helpful especially when we are multi tabling. I'd like to have something like this, but I do not know how to do it myself and it would be much easier if it's possible to buy..

PT4 for me its over

I do not use poker tracker 4 in fact any support software I think poker should be or be exempt from these support software as it loses the credibility of the game the very essence of what poker is. It's just my humble opinion.

PT4 hud isn't working for party poker fast forward after the recent software update.
At the PT4 forum it's mentioned they've updated & added a fix but I don't see anything changed & still not working for me.
Any input on this?

Make sure that partypoker is closed when you start PokerTracker 4 but if you have any further trouble please open a Support Ticket with a PokerTracker4.log file that's recorded the trouble so that we can investigate that for you.

Hey so there must be a simple solution here but I'm stumped.

I got a new laptop. old laptop is still fine, not dead. I downloaded PT4 and used registration code on new laptop. made a "backup" copy of files from old laptop and sent to drop box. I'm not able to find or restore that in the new laptop.


Is this something that can be done via dropbox? I know it must be a simple solution but I've been stumped 4+ hours/\...

How did you "backup" exactly? Did you use the Backup & Restore functionality in PokerTracker 4 to create a backup file of your poker data?

Hello , I play at SportingBet.gr(Greece) because PartyPoker is banned in my country!So I have this skin of the software.The problem is the following , the hands are imported but the HUD isn't displayed at the table.

I set the correct folder in order to import hands real time although PT4 writes ''No partypoker skin is configured to save hand histories to disk'' at the Import Configuration -> Site Configuration option.

The client I am using is set in Greek language and I know that this may cause the above problem but the very first time I run PT4 was functioning perfectly at my table!! Am I doing something wrong here?

ps. The HUD shows without any problem at the PT4 Replayer with all the data and stats correctly. If you wish I can provide you with photos.

If you reinstall the poker client does it give you the option to install it in English? If it does please do install it in English and try again.

@PokerTracker I don't have this option[install the client in English] which is ridiculous but ok , I downloaded the last update of your product , version 4.15.1 , I ran a tournament and it was working just fine. I don't know if the update and the fixation was a coincidence but I will let you know.

In PokerTracker 4 click "Configure -> Options" and if "Logging Enabled" doesn't have a check mark, click it such that it does. With logging enabled all the time if you run into a similar issue again please send us your log file in a Support Ticket so we can take a look:
