Do you have any parameter for finishes in particular stages of an MTT. For e.g. finish % at the early, mid or late stages of MTTs. To understand where I'm coming from I use pokerprolabs often and refer to the stages they've defined.

There are no built-in stats for that but depending on the formula used for those stats this could possibly be achieved with custom statistics in PokerTracker 4- see this guide for the basics on custom statistics creation and this guide for a deeper walkthrough. The latter was written for PokerTracker 3 but the techniques all apply to PokerTracker 4, the interface is just slightly different.

My PT broke after today's update.

Processed several hands then stops processing with an error and it seems to just loop thru different hands and 3 retries per hand. I have to close it via Task Manager.

If I then open PT again, it processes the hands it errored on, then goes back into a fresh loop of errors. Where I have to close it again via task manager.

I can't see where or how to open a error log file, so I can send it to PT support.

OK, I let it error for a good long while and then got a notification, and referral to a procedure which seem like it might take care of the issue.

3 hours later and the PT routine that the error pointed to is re-importing an awful lot of hands. It seems to be going back several years and importing thousands and thousands of hands. I think most of them are duplicates, or look that way following the progress.

No version of PT prior to this one found this problem. There is no way that I can see to shove this into a background operation. Nor can I shrink the window. There is a close option, but if this is gonna fix something, I don't want it to act like a cancel button.

This might take all night, and I fear my machine will go to sleep and stop the process the way sleeping computers tend to do.

If you are still having any trouble please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

There are no public discounts available at this time and rarely do we offer discounts on the software although we do have these offers to get a PokerTracker 4 code for free.

The main benefits are our NoteTracker tool which is included for free and you can also create your own custom statistics (or import them) which you can then use in your HUD.

This is not a simple change to make but if you want to be automatically notified if support for this is added in a future update you can let us know in a Support Ticket. Also if you are on Windows 10 then you can right-click your Pokertracker4.exe, select 'Properties' and then the 'Compatibility' tab. Next enable the option to 'Override high DPI scaling behaviour' and below that option choose 'System'. Note that we're still testing this setting to make sure that it doesn't have any undesirable side-effects but if it proves to be safe then the development team are looking into the possibility of applying this automatically in a future release.

PokerTracker 4 doesn't know anything about the hand currently in progress so it cannot change the displayed stats during a hand. Also if you are playing on pokerstars then they do not permit tracking applications to dynamically change the stats displayed in the HUD based on the current street.

I'm a newbie and just downloaded the trial version. Does the leak in your game identifier work for tournaments or only cash? (I only play tournaments - so I can't use it ?). Also it imported a lot of data from my past play. When I start a new tourney are all stats generated fresh that game or is it giving me stats on players for past games I've played them in? LeakTracker is cash game tool which requires modelling and can be done for cash games because one's play is relatively stable. In tournaments your play can/will vary wildly depending on many things, for example blind level, stage of the tournament, nearing the bubble, etc. and those sorts of variations make it very difficult if not impossible to compare tournament player hands to a model.*For tournament players we have "Tools -> ICM" and a green ICM button in the PokerTracker 4 replayer for tournament final tables.

If you come across players you have played before (and the hands are in your database) then by default PokerTracker 4 will show stats from all of those hands and not just for the current tournament. Also if you wish to do so you can filter the data displayed in the HUD based on a variety of factors (e.g. date, stack size, number of players).

Rob, thanks so much for your answers. I was thinking about these stats and their relevancy for tournament players and how they can have meaning when your play depends on so many factors. A measure of voluntarily putting money in the pot in the early stages or a tourney is not going to be relevant when someone is short stacked later on for instance. Do tourney players usually set the data to adjust to stack size - ie to only show data when player has 10BB when player actually has 10BB? What about how adjusting the data to the number of players at the table, can you do that? That makes a difference as well. So many things to think about. Very exciting though. Thanks again.

According to Poker Tracker the Winning Player's VPIP Range is :* 16.5% - 31.1%.

According to what I've read* a winning player is a* (TAG) or REG .

So if a VPIP STAT percentage range for a TAG PLAYER IS* 16.5% - 31.1%

What is the VPIP STAT Percentage Ranges for the following:

VPIP (TP) ROCK* __________________________________

VPIP (LP) FISH ** __________________________________

VPIP (LAG) MANIAC________________________________

It would have made it a lot easier is Poker Tracker had went ahead and provided that information.

I don't understand how to determine these ranges on my own.

issue bought the small stakes version last night put the 200+k hands into it the whole process sooo much time lol. So anyway ive used two times before free version etc.. im very computer adaptable and have used pretty much every hud on market and finally decided this is way to go fully forever. Now I go through the process played 2 games last night 5 am ish and the hud is running etc.. but will not get me hands while playing and no hud shows up for acr americas cardroom. I have ran 3 more games today since that time I have restarted the sql and every deleted the hud fully from computer and downloaded new ...

now im getting errors which is taking forever again. Over 1000 errors so far but those showed before when ran the hands all in last night. Help me figure this out please. Can we talk on skype facebook discord phone?

I have worked with an expert on pokertracker 4 shared screen etc.. to resolve this but nothing ive tried worked whatsoever.

i just downloaded newest version postgresql from original version 9.3 and still nothing regarding hud showing up at tables or getting hands while playing

have 5500 errors now

went through every step with the software that was suggested in faqs

still have nothing this worked fine last two times the free trial then when bought and canceled in the window. Had to cancel because of hurricane is why I did that.

after a 24 hour fight with pokertracker 4 its up running doing its thing I fixed it finally !! did another reboot etc.. did another hands thing and finally cleared the duplicates etc.. all good
