Will we need a patch for Party Poker since their tourneys moved from 9 seats to 8 seats?

My Hud seems all messed up and if I fix it and then lock and save; when I change table it is all messed up again.

For your HUD positions are you using preferred seating? If so you'd want to see this:

partypoker may also have specifics with respect to preferred seating:

If you are using the preferred seating option, the stats at your table may not move to the correct positions until you have played and imported at least one full hand.*Until this point PokerTracker 4 can not know you are seated at the table, therefore it does not know to use the preferred seat settings. If you join a table and the view rotates to put you in your preferred seat you should not move/save the HUD until after this happens. Going forward PokerTracker 4 will automate this placement for you (after the first hand has imported).

so PT4 was working fine, though after installing Unibet Poker software I all of sudden get this message when trying to open PT4. Any solution for this ?

Locate and delete the postmaster.pid file if it is present (not "postmaster.opts" which may be there too). You can find that file in C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.3\data\ although you may have a different PostgreSQL version (e.g. 8.4, 9.0) or have it installed in C:\Program Files (x86). Once it's deleted, reboot and try starting PokerTracker 4 again.

well, before installing unibet software indeed there was a postmaster.pid file.
After the installation somehow it is not there anymore so the problem remains.
Any other option ?

Click your Windows Start button then type the following command:

services.msc

and click on it when it appears. Do you see the PostgreSQL service in the list? Is it started, or can you start it?

Open the Event Viewer (in the same way - if you type 'event' you should see it). In the top left section, expand "Windows Logs" and click on "Application". Do you see any recent errors in the top center section for PostgreSQL? If you do let us know what they say.

I can see the hud yet cannot get it to play while at a table or to change from the cash game default hud? Can you let me know of process or steps involved of getting this to work.

Second since merge doesnt list all what about wpn? Can i configure in pokerhost and betcoin skins? This would be awesome please let me know the steps involved if I can configure these to skins into the program

i am asking directly on wpn how can i configure pokerhost and betcoin
auto detection doesnt work tried to find hand histories will work on it some more but didnt come up as able to configure

Pretty sure, during the tournament, if you click on the PT icon:

you can select to "set all to lifetime stats." That should do it.

C net adjusted vs c net won, so am I might in thinking your 'c net adjusted' is 'the expected win compared to actual profit'. So it my c net adjusted was lower than my c net won I am playing worse but winning more vice versa?

Your adjusted winnings are calculated for all-in hands - see this guide for details. While it is useful it does not tell you if you're making the right decisions and it's not really a measurement of overall luck either.

What am I doing wrong?

O8 and since 5-1-17 I know I have played many sessions at WPN.

When I set up the filters like this;

Try resetting the report to default to see if that resolves the problem. Right click on the empty report and choose 'Configure Report'. In the window that appears, click 'Restore to Default' and click 'OK'. If that does not help then please attach a screenshot (get the entire PokerTracker 4 window and don't zoom in on anything), your log file and a sample hand history to a Support Ticket so we can investigate that for you:

You can backup your poker data and store that file in the cloud and you can also configure PokerTracker 4 to move your processed hand histories to the cloud as an extra backup.

I have been using the PT4 trial for a few weeks now and all was running smooth until now.

These are the spin and go games I have played today, but some things seem to be incorrect.
Chips won should always be 1000 (when I win) or -500 (when I'm second or third), but now I get all kind of weird numbers.
Can I correct this in some way?
I have already tried to get a hand history file from pokerstars for these tourneys, and I have imported them again, but the numbers stayed the same (also after refreshing).

Another thing that was wrong was the 'amt won' with the two 14$ games I won.
It was saying that I won something like $19.71, which was also incorrect but I figured already out how to correct this.

Also, the red banner on the table while using the HUD, saying that it's a trial version, is quite annoying because it hides the bet size from one player while playing 9 handed. Moving this and saving the lay out works for all other parts of the HUD, but not for this. It even jumps back after a while (I think even every hand), so I constantly have to move this thing.

That isn't a built in statistic however there may be an example if you search our custom stat forum. If you want to build that stat yourself then see this guide for the basics on custom statistics creation and this guide for a deeper walkthrough. The latter was written for PokerTracker 3 but the techniques all apply to PokerTracker 4, the interface is just slightly different.

Can you give me further information on exactly what you want to calculate because I am not sure what you are trying to achieve with this since the 'M' stat is a ratio and is already calculated using the size of the blinds:

M = Stack Size / (Cost of Small Blind + Cost of Big Blind + (# of Antes * # of players))

To open the Tournament Results window either right-click the selected tournament(s) and choose Edit Tournament or click the Edit Tournament Results button in the sidebar when viewing the Results page.

For any tournaments on PokerStars then make sure you are saving and importing PokerStars tournament summaries as well as the hand histories. We recommend that you have Tournament Summaries set to save in PokerStars (Settings -> Playing History -> Tournament Summaries) and set to import into PT4 (in Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars).

If you have any further trouble please include all relevant information detailing the problem and compress the hand history/tournament summary files for any tournaments which don't work for you and attach them to a Support Ticket so we can investigate that.

The only way to remove that banner is to purchase PokerTracker 4. We understand it is somewhat annoying but we feel it is necessary to discourage piracy.
