1) We have had issues reported with newer versions of PostgreSQL and v9.3 is our recommended version. If you have been using PostgreSQL v9.4 or later without any problems then you can continue to use a later version if you wish to do so but that does not necessarily mean there won't be a problem with that version further down the line.

I'm not sure if this has been asked yet, but does poker tracker track your stats pre application use, like back tracking so to say. Show stats for sessions that occurred before using the program. Again apologies if this is a dumb question, I'm just not familiar with tracking software.

If your poker site(s) were already setup to save hand history files before you used tracking software any hand history files that are already there can be imported. If you have not been saving hands and/or played on a computer you no longer have then you could only get that data into tracking software if your poker site can provide you with copies of your original hand histories.

I am not sure exactly what the trouble is so can you please provide us with more details. The more information you can provide, the better we can help you. If necessary attach a screenshot or two here or in a Support Ticket so we can see what is going on.

its not necessary but you will have to import new hand histories to populate the database. If you don't import past hands only current and future hands will show in your HUD.

Hey Bud, I have a question. PT4 is not picking up any of my cashes in tourneys. Is there a setting that I am overlooking, that would cause it to not record cashes? It imports them and all the hands correctly, just no cashes, so my stats are screwed atm. Thanks, Tal.

What site(s) is that on? The information provided in hand histories varies by site and if the results/winnings are not detailed in the poker sites hand history files and/or tournament summaries then PokerTracker 4 cannot import them. For any tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually using the Tournament Results window. To open the Tournament Results window either right-click the selected tournament(s) and choose Edit Tournament or click the Edit Tournament Results button in the sidebar when viewing the Results page.

I did google it a bit but didn't find an answer. I'm trying to create report which will shown all the hands I folded, however after showdown I would won if not folded. Is this possible in pokertracker?

The strength of the hand you would've had if you didn't fold is not stored in the database.

Another question. I have downloaded a trial version and I'm considering buying full license. I have read about LeakTracker and wanted to test it is this available in trail version as well as I can't LeakTracker tab.

You can find that via "View Stats -> $ -> LeakTracker" but it's not available in the tournament section of PokerTracker 4. In tournaments your play can/will vary wildly depending on many things, for example blind level, stage of the tournament, nearing the bubble, e.t.c. and those sorts of variations make it very difficult to compare tournament player hands to a model. For tournament players we have "Tools -> ICM" and a green ICM button in the PokerTracker4 replayer for tournament final tables.

PokerTracker 4 is a one time payment. The only products we offer with a recurring subscription fee are TableTracker and Table Ninja II.

Unfortunately WPN do not provide tournament summary information, and until they do there are no results for PokerTracker 4 to import. For single table tournaments we can usually infer the prizes from the tournament structure and buy-ins, but that isn't possible for multi table tournaments. For any tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually using the Tournament Results window. To open the Tournament Results window either right-click the selected tournament(s) and choose Edit Tournament or click the Edit Tournament Results button in the sidebar when viewing the Results page.*

That is not permitted. While you are allowed to install PokerTracker on two of your own personal computers, you may not share the license with anyone else. Sharing your registration code is against the terms and conditions of the PokerTracker End User License Agreement. If we discover that a license has been shared, we reserve the right in our terms of service to disable that license from our servers.

It will likely be quite a while before there is a fully functional tracker on Android or ipad. There are many technical hurdles to this which will need to be overcome before this can even be considered (for example, the lack of hand histories and the fact that you can only have one active App at a time).

right now spin n go's on ACR do not have hand historys. is there any way for me to be able to enter manual tournys with no hand history in PT4

ok, darn. but it makes perfect sense since I recently started focusing on MTTs instead of STTs which explains why it seems like a new issue to me. not such a biggy now that I understand I'll just manually edit after each session. thanks for replying!
