There is a way to get tourney results from WPN games after the fact, like the next day. I could detail what we do for our leader board here, but I think I would rather get the process to the PT4 development team.

How can I do that and be sure that they consider it? In my mind I can see PT4 auto-running a background App to collect old tourney data, or a button to start a process under one of the tabs on the PT4 screen.

i have a question too. Well i have a full version of PT4 latest version and HUD works fine, but the problem is that it's "lobby" (a window with statistics and hands) started loading pretty slowly for some time (up to 15 seconds after a click to go in sub-thread). Like half year ago it was much faster... What could be a problem? Too many stats or too many hands? Or maybe it's my PC or Windows? Or maybe something else?
I have currently 170K hands in it and Windows 8.
4xCPU 3,2GHz and 16GB RAM
And i'm doing Full Rebuilding Cache and Vacuum & Analyze of database every week too.
Any ideas how to help it?

Add what? I am not sure exactly what you mean since I don't see any 7 seat Sit & Go tables on PokerStars. There are some 6max tournaments that finish with a 7 seat final table and HUD support for those has already been added.

I see it very artificial .. only one way of not having emotion, it must be cold; I compared it, something like that, like conquering a woman with words and gadgets from a friend ..
If it is a way to make money in the virtual rooms, then understand that many others are using it equally.
I do not like it, it would not help me to play then live.

Well i guess i fixed it myself already somehow. Not sure what exactly helped, but it's loading much faster now after i have made in addition to Vacuum Full, Housekeeping - Reindex and Housekeeping - Cluster. :wavey:

But now i have another issue, and it's about tournament descriptions. They are multiply themselves like ants here and too many of them with the same name. When i try to delete it, PT4 writes "None of unused descriptions were deleted". Is there any way to take them off? I have to scroll a lot meanwhile to find one that fits among hundred of descriptions.

+1 Mine are not that bad but, I was wondering the same.

Unfortunately there was a bug in PokerTracker v4.14.25 that caused these duplicate tournament descriptions. It has been resolved with the release of PokerTracker v4.14.26 so it won't continue to happen for new tournaments however to apply the fix to tournaments imported under v4.14.25 you will need to purge those tournaments and reimport them. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Hi,
I have a problem with PT4..

on the 'graphs' section it different results from my graph to my information box.

my graphs show Cnet won $11 C net Adjusted $120
and my information box shows Profit $67.21 Ev profit $163.09

^^ the above results for 'information box' are correct to my graph on the 'statistics' tab.

And also when under the statistics tab it shows more tournaments played than to my 'graph' tab.

If you do not have any cloud storage open the ticket anyway and we can send instructions on how to upload your database to our own server.

There are several different versions of PokerTracker 4 and you can view the prices on this page. You need to purge the tournaments that are listed individually, instead of grouped together on one line, when you view your reports 'By Description' and this will apply to any tournaments imported with PokerTracker v4.14.25. I'd recommend sorting the report by date and identifying the first and last tournament affected and then purging by date. You can then reimport the tournaments (Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk) from your processed folder which should be organised by site/date. Another option is to create a new database and reimport everything there instead. If you need any further assistance with that please open a Support Ticket.

Hi Rob,

Do you have any parameter for finishes in particular stages of an MTT. For e.g. finish % at the early, mid or late stages of MTTs. To understand where I'm coming from I use pokerprolabs often and refer to the stages they've defined. Ref screenshot below.

The closest is the "Places" button in the "Results" tab.
