hello asking a question regarding to the update of 4.11.2

I got my database reload.
but...my HUD only reload current session, or any data after 4.11.2 update
the HUD does not included any history data before update.

any solutions?

Problem solved, my database looks like have some problems
I build a new one and import all the hand history once again
and problems solved. [this my database is manually stopped during the PT4 database conversion]

After a nearly non-stop grind for our developers as the worked to address recent problems, all major 4.11.x issues should now be resolved in 4.11.6. It is imperative that all users upgrade to this latest release before our staff can perform any troubleshooting, 4.11.6 is the current gold standard for PokerTracker 4.

As of this 4.11.6 release, the only users who must rebuild their database cache are PostgreSQL 8.3 users who upgrading from 4.11.3. For everyone else, the update will be automatically handled and a full cache rebuild to receive the latest fixes is no longer required.

On behalf of the staff at PokerTracker, we realize that the recent 4.11.x releases have caused a lot of confusion and anxiety for our users. We are happy to say that 4.11.6 will set new performance records for PokerTracker 4 users who employ custom stats, this is a truly momentous occasion for online poker.

We can confirm that there are no known issues with the HUD while playing at iPoker, we just verified by testing at a Speed Poker table and found no concerns.

iPoker is finally working now with the release of 4.11.6. It should have been said in the release notes.

Anyway, just to be sure I did a rebuild of my database cache too.

There was no change to our iPoker code in the last few releases. Any problem you experienced had nothing to do with iPoker... it was due to bumps in the road as we rolled out 4.11 and successive releases that helped fix some of the problems from 4.11. This is the kind of error message we typically need a log to review to give you accurate guidance, so we would advise submitting a support ticket with the log attached from that session.

Please follow these instructions for submitting a Support Ticket.

In the meantime you can try one thing yourself to see if this will work. Select Database > Database Management >Housekeeping > Revert Tuning. No rebuild your Full Cache. When this is done, try tuning the database again. If this works for you, let us know.

I downloaded the free PT4 trial I plan on buying it but wanted to get a feel for it first. This is my first experience with a hud and I'm having trouble figuring out how to customize my hud. I have a general idea what I want on my display just not sure how to work it can you point me to videos or something to help?

We do not support any bitcoin poker rooms, we only support licensed and regulated poker rooms - and to the best of my knowledge there are no licensed and regulated bitcoin rooms at this time. Both Isle of Man (pokerstars) and Alderney are in the process of creating regulations to permit bitcoin poker rooms, I assume within the next year we will begin to see changes that will someday allow us to add the first sites with Bitcoin currency management.

Titan poker PT-hud/Database question.

I've started playing on Titan Poker (CC link) and my PT4 HUD is a bit temperamental. Sometimes it doesn't show and I cant quite figure it out. I mostly play speed hold 'em but sometimes have an SnG/MTT running beside them.

If anyone knows any solutions it would be appreciated.

Also, what is the general consensus for how many hands you should have on your database for a player before the statistics to become reliable?

Please follow the instructions for the Speed Holdem HUD, these tables require that you start PokerTracker 4 and Titan in a specific order.

We have no known issues supporting iPoker at this time, the HUD is working correctly. For additional help please visit our website and click Support > Contact Us since this appears to be a user error problem so we can help you figure out what your doing wrong.

You can use the same license, our servers detect multiple use of the license at the same time - that is the only time you will encounter issues.

My imported hands time is one hour late, like when i see the reports to review hands can be 10pm in my time when played and say was played 11pm which is a pain because if play 2 hours for example 10pm-12am hands appear like played 11pm-1am so half of the hands are split for one day 11-12 and the others for next day 12-1am (because is another day) so if check results for the day only show half hands and need to see next day to can see other half.

Is like when go to stars or whatever site you can set your time (pacific time or mountain time, etc) to set hour of the site correct, Stars have my time correct but hands are imported one hour different so when this happen on hem i just need to go options and set -1 hour for example and fixed, but on pt4 can´t find any option to do that.
