There are no known issues with PokerStars on OSX, PokerStars is importing correctly after the latest import. Please restart your computer and make sure you are running PokerTracker 4.11.8 or later.

We checked our forums too, there is nobody that is reporting any issues with PokerStars and the HUD after the most recent PokerStars release. I personally read every post since last week, there is nothing from any users who claim that there is a problem with PokerStars that matches your issue. We also checked ourselves by playing at PokerStars to make sure importing was working as expected, hands are correctly importing and the HUD appears as expected. Additionally we are happy to report that PokerStars speaks with us whenever they make any major changes, so we know in advance if this will occur.

Please create a support ticket on our website, we will be happy to help determine what the source of your problem really is. Please follow these instructions for submitting a Support Ticket.

Is Carbon Poker completely supported on Mac OS X ?

Is HUD available for that room?

I have PokerTracker Version 4.11.8 and a bug appeared in my stats since the last update (I think).

I have many months appearing twice (repeat) in the stats including on PokerStars.

Is this a known bug or is my database screwed?

This probably occurred because you added an incorrect grouping stat to a report. Right click in the report you are having troubles with, then select Configure Report. Click Restore to Default and now select OK.

Thanks it worked.

But when I add the column "Game Currency Prize Won" it goes back to this double month thing.

What can I do to add this column to my report without having double months?

Thats the source of your problem, Game Currency Month Won is conflicting with components of your report because it is a grouping stat - it groups by month. What report are you adding this to?

I don't know what is the report. I just click "View Stats" and "Results". By default I have my stats there. I just want to add the column "Game Currency Prize Won" to that report if possible.

If I play FTP and PS simultaneously will the hand replayer database pick up and replay both sites?

We need to know the name of the report to be able to help you, the name of the report will tell us how the report is grouped, so we can advise you which stats to use instead of Game Currency Prize Won - OR - we can advise you to use a different report where the Game Currency Prize Won grouping would make sense. PokerTracker is filled with many many many reports.. so it is impossible for us to help you further without knowing which report your viewing when this is occurring.

The name of the report will appear on the top left of your screen, under the name of the Active Player, and above the filters.

Yes, you can play at both sites at the same time, the HUD will appear and hands will be imported.

The report's name is "Overview". Button Selected: "T", "Results", "Tournament", "Basic" and "By Date"

The report's name is "Overview". Button Selected: "T", "Results", "Tournament", "Basic" and "By Date"

The Tournament Overview > By Date report is designed to display all winnings in "My Currency". My Currency is winnings converted into whatever currency you wish to manage your database in, for example you can play on Euro & USD tables but live in Russia and choose to use a My Currency of Rubels. PokerTracker's currency management engine makes the conversion for you based on the daily bank rate.

Game Currency is the currency of the game you played in, so if you played in a USD table, then the Game Currency would be USD - you can have multiple Game Currencies, this is typically reserved just for reports grouped By Buyin or By Tournament.

For more information on PT4's currency management please review this guide : https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/PT4/tutorials/currency-guide

To accomplish your goal, please use the My Currency version of this stat instead of the Game Currency version of the stat - it is called My Currency Prize Won.

I have PT3. My computer has 2 GB RAM. The minimum requirements for PT4 from the site says I need 3 GB.

Will my computer blow up if I download PT4?

It won't blow up, but your performance while playing online poker will be sub-par. A modern computer typically had 4 Gigs or more of memory, 2 GB of RAM is very uncommon now for online poker players. You can download and try and hopefully you will get lucky and have a good experience - but we cannot provide support if your computer does not meet the minimum requirements.

Norton does not let me install the update :(

Will there a correction be made soon?

(it labels it unsafe and removes the download - before even installing)

Please disable Norton, it has known issues with many online poker software tools and clients. This is caused by anti-gambling crusaders who submit false claims about online poker installers, Norton then incorrectly thinks our installer is malware. Other security tools do not have this problem, we advise switching.
