Hello

I have an problem with PT4 again.

PT4 works pretty well recently, I use them mostly on revolution network -- juicy
there are some game ...like statellite ticket game or promotion games.

eg 40 player join in, with top 10 or top 5 same prize pay.
when I won that game, and after windows shows that the winner list.
PT4 could not recognize that the game is over, and frozen like 30 minutes till I start task manager to stop it.

would u let me know how to solve that.

PS: since game is not finished, there for I need to manually edit the game results as well. Any solution for that?

Merge network did a software upgrade in the past day and have changed were the hand history settings are. I am having a hard time getting my PT3 to import hand history or work at all? I have gone into the settings and have tried to match up the hand history on the client and the hand history on PT3. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

this is my problem as well, and I have PT4

I have the same set up on PT3 under processed files and I am still not getting hands to import?

The Hand History folder location for all Merge skins has changed with the new update, all you need to do is change the folder location configured in PokerTracker. This change only affects Windows OS users, Mac OS X users will not be affected. The new folder path is C:\Users\YOUR-NAME\AppData\Local\SKIN-NAME\history\, we advise opening the Hand History Settings preferences in Carbon and clicking Reset Defaults as a precaution, we saw one user whose Merge poker client created the new folder, but the user settings were not moved to the new location.

Please create a support ticket, we will investigate. We will require as much evidence as possible, screen captures, hand histories, and even pokertracker4.log and pokertrackerhud4.log files.

Please see my last post. The PT3 update only allows for autodetection fixes, it does not automatically know that the folder has changed and it still requires you to perform the manual fix first.

All but Bovada. No tracker officially supports Bovada.

However for self-study of your own hands, you can buy a 3rd party converter that will convert Bovada HH's to a format that that can be imported into PT4.

See the folder inside the image you posted? You need to add this folder in PokerTracker 4. Follow these instructions to complete your task : https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/PT4/site-configuration/merge-configuration-guide#hand-histories

If you continue to have problems please open the folder where the hand histories are being saved in Windows to make sure that there are files waiting to be imported, if there are not you must contact your Merge skin for help.

Make sure you remove the old hh folder for the merge skin before you go to add the new one. I tried just adding the new one this weekend which was simply a new subfolder called null and it didn't actually add it. I first removed the one that existed, then added the new folder and it picked it up.

Not sure if this might help but it was my issue.

You can safely leave the old folder's location in PokerTracker 4, it will not stop PT4 from finding hands in the new folder that you added. With that said, we agree - it is in your best interest to remove the old folder because it will speed up the start of hand history detection a few seconds.

I have been having issues with the newest update 4.10.7

PT4 help w HUD profiles!

Hi! problem is i cant have out of the tools section the stat of PFR% by position. also there is no 2bet% by position or sthng similar so i guess there must be a way to transform 'tools' into a profile.. maybe someone has done it cause cant click on the player every time i wanna see eg his pfr% on CO. Please help!

Of course you can create PFR% by position and 2Bet% by position. In the PokerTracker 4 HUD Profile Editor select the stat you want to use, then in the Properties editor change the Position for that stat.

"Tools" is a popup within the HUD Profile, the HUD Profile contains all of the components of the HUD, such as on-table HUD Groups and Popups. You cannot convert a Popup into an on-table HUD Group.

It should take you less than 5 minutes to add the PFR% from the CO to an on-table HUD Group, this is not a complicated task.
