I am unable to assist you as I find you rude and not understanding what I am telling you so please just deal with whoever you have been dealing with. You don't even understand what you're writing about. These are bonuses not from the room, and no rake was required to wager them. These are real funds from people transferred to me via p2p transfer. They had to be placed in the game once, after which they became normal. I repeat - NO RAKE GENERATION WAS REQUIRED TO WIN BACK THESE "BONUSES". If these were bonuses given to me by the room, I wouldn't even send letters about withdrawing them. Not to stray from the essence of the topic. And the essence is, I repeat, that funds that essentially did not belong to the room were stolen.
Bonuses with the conditions of rake generation technically cannot be transferred by p2p transfer and bonuses with such conditions were issued only for a deposit. You do not know your own rules, dear sir.
Instead of trying to justify your management, it would be better to send them my complaint with a demand to give me an intelligible answer in a letter to my mailbox. And also to explain the reason for ignoring my letters. Don't throw dust in people's eyes.
Rude is when you are deceived. I have never deceived anyone in my life, except maybe myself sometimes. I asked you a question, and you sent me to the bot Amanda. I realized long ago that you can't help me. And your ignoring my request as a client of your room to send my question to the management department essentially gives an exhaustive answer to it.I am unable to assist you as I find you rude and not understanding what I am telling you so please just deal with whoever you have been dealing with.
There are big money laundering issues involved with peer to peer transfers and that's one of the reasons why that money is converted to a bonus.

I have nothing against this approach and have never complained about it. The essence of the problem is not this. The essence is in the room's appropriation of my personal funds. I attached a letter from your colleague, where he explains to me why they only withdrew part of that bonus amount, look again. There are big money laundering issues involved with peer to peer transfers and that's one of the reasons why that money is converted to a bonus.

7 days minimum withdrawal time on 888 - is this also anti-money laundering? Or is it fight against withdrawals of funds? There are big money laundering issues involved with peer to peer transfers and that's one of the reasons why that money is converted to a bonus.

I don't have any more connection than you do. I am simply trying to help you. I will not be making any demands, but I am happy to help you get any documents to them that you feel back your claim.Hi Tammy, Let's do it this way, send them this question - did they promise to cash out all bonus funds and gold chips in the letter, and see their answer. And then I will answer your question. If you are really interested in it.
Why did I even write all this here if you have a connection with them?
Everything I wrote here is true, including the nuances of their policy of wagering "bonus" funds.
A bonus that becomes IMPOSSIBLE to clear while still having money in your account. There are big money laundering issues involved with peer to peer transfers and that's one of the reasons why that money is converted to a bonus.

Smart move do not deposit any more money only very little. There service has went downhill also alot of complaints on reddit people not being able to withdraw money. I think there revenue went soo downhill that they are doing soo much unethical things.. But yeah 888 use to be top site.. I am already calling 888poker on my social media fb page of 170k followers "canada tokens" .A bonus that becomes IMPOSSIBLE to clear while still having money in your account.
The player-to-player transfer on 888 is nothing other than an out & out money grab by 888. It is absolutely one of the worst business(?) decisions that 888Poker has ever made! Sure they will gain some $$ in the short time but at the price of losing lots of their 'poker player' customer base (which honestly doesn't even seem to be important to 888Poker).
They should change the name of the site to '888' instead of '888Poker'
fwiw, I too was a poker player who ALWAYS promoted the 888 site amongst peers (& members here on Cardschat, going back 15years). It 'was' a great site and I felt good about letting others know about it. But times have changed and some very bad choices have been made by 888 and because of this I believe they will continue to slide down to the bottom in the poker community.
I still play on the site but such a small amount vs. how much I play on all other sites I have on my computer. And I can't remember the last time I recommended the site to anyone.
Have you tried to reinstall the app?Hello.
I am having problems with the 888 app
Since Thursday, when 888 had technical problems, I have not been able to log in to the app. Although before, everything worked reliably. This is the first time I've had such a problem. I checked with friends and colleagues who live in my city, and more than half of them do not have this problem, everything works as before, but there are those who have the same problem. And now it's Saturday, but I still can't get into the app. When I try to log in, I get the following:

I also have to say that the PC software works as usual, there is no such problem. I tried three different mobile internet providers on my phone, but it didn't help. But my friends' everything works as before. Could you please help me?

I have a more serious problem. I cannot access the mobile application at all, I cannot log in. But on the PC, the tournaments you listed are not displayed for me either. Some Freerolls are not appearing in the tournament grid (The $125 Freeroll, The $450 Freebie, $500 Fabulous Winner SPinner, for example)... I can access them via the Cell Phone App... Is anyone else having this problem too?
Ahhah) Perfect answer)Because we are different companies.

Just read this.VERY thankfully they removed a 'bonus' for me, so that I could make a WD from my account (but honestly this happened when I received news from my doctors that I might have a very short time to live
