Hello! I have a problem with verification on 888. I provided them with an ID, a bank statement, but they said that the documents are not suitable. Before that, I was verified with these documents, and this was a re-verification when I wanted to withdraw money, I corresponded with them for a long time but to no avail. Then I closed the account, deciding that I made a mistake somewhere during registration. After some time, I created a new account but I still can not pass verification. I specially registered with these documents on pokerstars and ASR, but in 888 it does not work. Can you help me?

I wouldn't want to be exposing this here. I'm new here on the forum, in fact I'm new to poker in general. I made my 888poker account on September 23rd, through a recommendation from a professional poker friend I met at an event, he told me it would be a friendly platform to start with, with interesting freerolls, a cool field. I played a few freerolls without depositing any money. until I got excited and said, I'm going to deposit 20UDS with the WELCOME100 bonus.
When I deposited, I noticed that the bonus did not appear in my funds. I went to support to claim my bonuses.
I spoke to ELEONOR, record this name.
The conversation was going well until she told me that she hadn't entered the code, I felt very sad with myself for having probably gotten distracted, and I JOKED that it must have been because of my ADHD. (which I don't have a medical report on) in Brazil we joke about this, it's a way of saying that we are distracted.
ELEONOR then starts to ask me about my ''condition'' if it bothers me with gambling games, she asks if I want my account to be canceled indefinitely. sounding like an AI speaking.
I start to explain myself, and say no, I was just there for my 100% BONUS.
She continues, saying that my case would go to a higher level, due to my "CONDITION"
I start to get impatient, and say I don't want to lose my account.
it simply disappears for a few minutes. When he suddenly comes back, he sends a message apologizing, but I can't even READ IT PROPERLY.
when my ACCOUNT is simply CLOSED.
I go into a tailspin.
I try to log into my account and the message appears
''your account has been temporarily banned, please contact our support''
I HAD JUST DEPOSITED MY MONEY, IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I DEPOSITED MONEY INTO A POKER APP, OR ANY ONLINE GAME.
MY GOD, WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Now I'm out of contact, I can't log into my account to access support, I tried via the website, tried via email and NOTHING.
I would like help from someone more experienced, to at least RECOVER my money that I deposited on the platform.
Can anyone help me with this?

You can delete anything. These were not bonus funds, but transferred by people from the poker community, who after sanctions and the reduction of almost all withdrawal methods could not withdraw their funds. 888 makes them bonus after the transfer and as I already wrote, some of these bonus funds were withdrawn to me. I have long since given up hope of returning anything, as well as did not hope for adequate responses from people like 888, who take their clients for idiots. Or do you think ignoring letters is the highest degree of respect for the client?

Let me explain again that PokerStars still allows players with blocked accounts to withdraw all their funds, including bonus funds. While 888 freezes them for a year, so that after this time, following their "rules", they can safely appropriate them. "Your money at the tables is not your money."

Every time I enter the sports betting section it tells me that the session has closed and it takes a long time and when it finally opens, it becomes slow. I would like to know if it's just me or if more people have reported the same problem as me, also the bonuses that are won in the daily sportfan tournament when you reach 90% to claim your prize it tells you that you have to bet, for example, $5, you bet $5 dollars and nothing, the system recognizes that bet and you stay for a long time with that 90% that does not add up in the end they give it to you but you have already bet too much and you have lost a large part of your capital.

I'm going through something similar, they blocked my account without my permission saying it was for my own good, because of my ''condition''. It turns out that I don't have any adverse conditions... I made a joke that we make in brazil... something like ''wow, how distracted I am, it must be my ADHD hahah''... minutes later my account closed by itself and I was blocked without warning.

You are offered bonuses with conditions that you generate the amount of rake that will clear them but if they are not cleared in a certain timeframe then they are forfeited.

You don't even understand what you're writing about. These are bonuses not from the room, and no rake was required to wager them. These are real funds from people transferred to me via p2p transfer. They had to be placed in the game once, after which they became normal. I repeat - NO RAKE GENERATION WAS REQUIRED TO WIN BACK THESE "BONUSES". If these were bonuses given to me by the room, I wouldn't even send letters about withdrawing them. Not to stray from the essence of the topic. And the essence is, I repeat, that funds that essentially did not belong to the room were stolen.
Bonuses with the conditions of rake generation technically cannot be transferred by p2p transfer and bonuses with such conditions were issued only for a deposit. You do not know your own rules, dear sir.

Better ask the respected representative of 888, were letters sent to players who were subject to blocking with a promise to CONVERT ALL BONUS FUNDS AND GOLD CHIPS into regular funds?
