I am very upset by the attitude of 888poker towards its players. For many years this room has been my favorite and I always wrote on the forums and told my friends that 888 poker is the most reliable room with the best promotions. Withdrawals always took 3 days, which is longer than most rooms, but 888poker was reliable. Now I can say that I have to turn to you,
because my withdrawal of money simply did not go through for a long time and no one explained to me why for weeks. I am glad that I received an answer and hope that the problem will be resolved. I am grateful for your help.

U have to play with ur deposit first. U cant Just deposit and then withdraw because of money laundering laws.

Dont understand why the rep wants to resend this as u could just post the Email and the issue would be clear.

Hello. Are you an official representative of the room? Can I ask you a question about the theft of funds from my account? Your employees do not consider it necessary to answer my letters and simply ignore them.

To be clear, the money was stolen by the room's representatives - the financial department, I suppose. They simply disappeared from the account. That's why they don't answer me.

I never had any problem with cash outs and I made a bunch of them. Normally it took only a day, sometimes even less.
Only my last cash out took a week.
Never the less, I cant complain.

I explain it personally for you. Before blocking all RU players, I received a message by email that ALL gold chips and ALL bonus money could be withdrawn from the account. In the end, I was only given a part of the bonus funds, under some invented pretext not allowing me to withdraw everything. In fact, they froze them so that they could take them away in a year. The same thing is done by the above-mentioned rooms, which still do not pay people funds from accounts frozen after the sanctions began.

Here is that very far-fetched pretext. At that time I continued to play in the room, winning back these funds. Later I was blocked due to a denunciation by a Canadian player who promised me this in the chat. Such rats are there now among the players.

I wouldn't want to be exposing this here. I'm new here on the forum, in fact I'm new to poker in general. I made my 888poker account on September 23rd, through a recommendation from a professional poker friend I met at an event, he told me it would be a friendly platform to start with, with interesting freerolls, a cool field. I played a few freerolls without depositing any money. until I got excited and said, I'm going to deposit 20UDS with the WELCOME100 bonus.

When I deposited, I noticed that the bonus did not appear in my funds. I went to support to claim my bonuses.

I spoke to ELEONOR, record this name.
The conversation was going well until she told me that she hadn't entered the code, I felt very sad with myself for having probably gotten distracted, and I JOKED that it must have been because of my ADHD. (which I don't have a medical report on) in brazil we joke about this, it's a way of saying that we are distracted.


ELEONOR then starts to ask me about my ''condition'' if it bothers me with gambling games, she asks if I want my account to be canceled indefinitely. sounding like an AI speaking.

I start to explain myself, and say no, I was just there for my 100% BONUS.

She continues, saying that my case would go to a higher level, due to my "CONDITION"

I start to get impatient, and say I don't want to lose my account.

it simply disappears for a few minutes. When he suddenly comes back, he sends a message apologizing, but I can't even READ IT PROPERLY.

when my ACCOUNT is simply CLOSED.
I go into a tailspin.
I try to log into my account and the message appears
''your account has been temporarily banned, please contact our support''

I HAD JUST DEPOSITED MY MONEY, IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I DEPOSITED MONEY INTO A POKER App, OR ANY ONLINE GAME.

MY GOD, WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Now I'm out of contact, I can't log into my account to access support, I tried via the website, tried via email and NOTHING.

I would like help from someone more experienced, to at least RECOVER my money that I deposited on the platform.

Can anyone help me with this?

U are totally right but be aware that this "bonus" we are talking about most likely came from a P2P transfer. This is not 888's money but they still decided to convert it to a bonus due to their bonus policy.

Now since he can obv not play with the "bonus", this "bonus" disappeared from his account by now.

I can understand his anger tbh. They should pay him out this money or freeze the bonus untill he his able to play again.

Yes I can relate to the guy you're conversing with here and also with the SOB who posted above me.
A few years ago 888 decided to treat player-to-player transfers like a 'BONUS'. And to clear that 'Bonus'(?) that you're not even aware that it's going to be treated like a bonus, you are unable to do so UNTIL your regular account has gone down to ZERO (from playing because your 'bonus'(?) gets removed if you do try to Withdrawal your funds from your account).
And unfortunately it's not just the Player-to-Player 'bonus' that gets treated in this manner. There's also a poker freeroll you can play where you receive a ticket if you place SPortsBets the previous week. But if you play that poker freeroll and win some 'money'(??) it goes into your account (unbeknownst to the player at the time) as a 'BONUS' and it too can lock up your funds on your account.

Honestly it is a terrible business practice (if you can call it this?) and can understandably infuriate a customer but still no reason to to treat our 888 rep poorly (they're trying to do the best they can with what they have). I actually feel bad for them as I'm sure they get a ton of abuse from some customers. VERY thankfully they removed a 'bonus' for me, so that I could make a WD from my account (but honestly this happened when I received news from my doctors that I might have a very short time to live and I was trying to withdraw funds from all my poker accounts at the time and with 888 I wasn't able to even send my friend (an 888 TeamPro) a tranfer because of this freak'n 'Bonus' (so basically I forfeited ~$60 I thought I'd won by playing a freeroll that I had to place SportsBets on a site I would not normally place SportsBets on because the vig on there is much higher than other sites... but I did in order to play that freeroll... which I did great in... but which became more than useless as it then kept me from being able to access the rest of my money in my account which was 10x more than that 'bonus'(?).

There's some posts quite a ways back in this thread that outline the perils of 'the Bonus'. It'd save a lot of people money and a lot of heart ache if they were able to see it before getting into this mess.

I can 100% understand his anger as well. But this rep has nothing to do with his situation, and behaving in such a way is going to get him nowhere. That's just not a way to get anyone to cooperate with you.
