Previously, I attempted to transfer funds, and I was the recipient, but my account was partially blocked for such operations due to verification processes. I am from Ukraine, and in the current circumstances, it is difficult for me to gather all the necessary documents. However, I wrote to support that I am working on this issue and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue playing. Now, I know for sure that my acquaintances do not have problems with the application. I would like to clarify whether my account has been permanently blocked or if these are selective difficulties. Question: I make a deposit and withdraw money using a dollar visa card. I recently opened a Skrill account and I know that 888 supports this payment system. What are the rules if I want to withdraw money to Skrill? Do I need to make a deposit to technically connect my Skrill account?

I see that the Royal Premiere promo got extended and that there will be a final Golden Era style freeroll coming up in early September. Just FYI it doesn't look like the Golden Era challenges are there anymore, so not sure how players are going to get their tickets. Hopefully it shows up sometime soon.

I tried to qualify for the upcoming Golden Era Freeroll using the casino challenge (win 5x with a Jack). It doesn't seem to be working. I completed more than 5 wins but no ticket is granted. I emailed support about this a week ago and haven't heard anything back.

What is going on about this Amanda?

That's pretty lame considering it is advertised as before and the challenge is clearly visible with the same conditions as before, but just doesn't award you anything for completing it. No responses from support or the rep..
