I bought two $1 tournament tickets with my gold tokens, and it won't let me use them. I tried a 1$sng and 1$mtt knockout tourny, and both times, the ticket doesn't show up to use.
Please don't tell me to contact support. I'll just end up back here after they send me some gibberish and get me riled.

Tournament tickets are unfortunately not available in KO/ PKO and the $1 ticket is currently not available in SNG’s.
It can be used however in non KO MTT’s and in Blast.

That seems new, and utter bs. Had I known that, I would have just got cash. I doubt people would buy them if they knew you guys pick and choose what games they can be used for. :s Nobody's going to read through the endless, vague T&Cs to buy a quick tourny ticket. ugh

It's always wise to check the terms before hand even in real life transactions I feel.

If you watch the tables a lot of players turn up late for games so it is fair to give them every chance possible to make a late appearence even up to their final all in.

I can't longer access sports betting. When I click there is nothing that happens

Some countries are not allowed to access Sports betting due to their countries regulations so I as guessing that your countrie must not be allowed otherwise you would be able to use it.

Please, fix that damn mobile app! I was doing well in 2 tourney and it told me there is problem in my internet connection. Funny that I still can write this if my internet doesn't work. I can't login at all this app. There are smaller hiccups too. For example, there are countless popups thanking me for playing tournaments good knows how long time ago. They just jump at my screen rabdomly when I am doing something else... playing, browsing tournaments... anything. That's not a biggie really, but after taking your time and doing well in a tournament when things just halt that's when you feel you want something else than "our apologies".

It habens both on the PC software on an WIN10 and an WIN 8 system. In the mobile app the function ("tournaments history") is not availabe.

The problem is a longer one while getting several updates..
