Hello, my 888username is Canuckgrind and I have been playing on 888 for many years and throughout those years I have made several withdrawals without any issues, however my most recent withdrawal request using e-transfer almost 2 months ago did not go through for some reason and I can't contact anybody from 888 to find out why. Is there anybody here who can put me in touch with someone from 888? I have a confirmation # if needed and am at my wits end on what to do next, please help!

I've found some of 888's business practices of late to be very sketchy & I'm finding myself very disturbed about it. I was planning on making a withdrawal via e-transfer but now I'm not so sure. They've certainly ruined the possibility of doing player-to-player transfers with a country who could WD using skrill.

How does 888 not understand that the number of players dropping on their site doesn't directly correspond with their customer base being treated poorly? It leaves one feeling 'as if they don't care'. I'm pretty sure they don't.

I had ambitions of including 888 into an MTT schedule that would have me playing all the buyins from $5 to $33 that run during the day in my time zone, but instead I play very minimally on there, basically just to keep my account active... because I've been still considering 'playing there a bunch one day' but I think I'd have to be crazy to even consider it.

Fck 'em. There's other places to play thank God.

This is absolutely ridiculous how they've been treating you!

And to see what their customer support has chosen to do to you... that's inexcusable!!!!!!!!!!! If they're too stupid to understand why you were upset, they shouldn't be in that job because they are extremely incompetent!!!!!!!!!!!! But I would not be surprised to hear that they were choosing to eff with you on purpose (I mean what better way for them to make an excuse not to pay you).

Both Deposits & Withdrawals should be VERY SIMPLE to do at any site that is operating today. There's no excuse for them to not be making prompt payments to those requesting a Withdrawal unless of course they are short on funds, OR ARE CHOOSING to do these shady practices (ie. like the player-to-player transfer 'bonus' scam).

If I were in your shoes I would have my lawyer give 888 a final warning before taking action. Then inform 888 that I will be making my voice heard far & wide. I would hit EVERY single social media you can find. Hit up all of the Twitch tv players you see who are playing on 888poker. Contact poker news sites & get the story out there! Players need to know this type of stuff is happening at 888.

It is possible that for some, 888poker is the only way to make money and if something goes wrong, there are delays or there are misunderstandings, then of course people will voice their complaints.

Some people need $1 to feed a child, while others might need to splurge and buy a beer.
I also make money from 888 because I know how to win freerolls.

you might want to try a different approach.
ie. don't refer to the moderators in a derogatory manner... they are trying to help.

I know this and I respect and appreciate the good work of the moderators but I only criticize the bad work.

In my understanding, no person will be superior or higher than another person. Only God is higher!
I know and can do many things, both apologizing and hitting.
