Last week I was in a 9 seat 1$ sng with 4-5 people left when I was disconnected. I couldn't even get the App to try to load.. After trying for about 10 minutes, I messaged support, explained, and said I wanted my 1$ registration fee back.
I got a looooooooooong email about re-installing and removing a bunch of files, and NO mention of my registration fee at all.
Once again, I really don't believe they read our emails. I said I was disconnected in the subject line, and explained everything in the email. I'm sure he only read the subject line.
It's the same EVERY time I've contacted support over the last few years. They only address what's in the subject line. Seriously, what is WRONG with the support over there???
I want my dollar back.

I'm still waiting on my $11 tournament ticket prize for placing amongst the winners of a $1200 freeroll at the weekend...

I also don't think this is the first time my tournament ticket prize has vanished, but it's certainly the biggest!

Moreover I'm still waiting on a response from the support team. As it stands I am thinking of switching to another site. Doesn't matter how easy it is to win on 888 if my prizes don't appear!

Also can you talk to the mobile app team about changing the layout of the buttons? Or rather making the layout consistent.

At the moment, the location of the fold button whilst awaiting play is the same as the call button when it is your turn - this means the button can change from fold to call at no notice, causing you to call by accident if it changes as you go to press it. I once had this happen when a player before me had gone all-in, so I ended up accidentally going all-in on junk cards...

There really is no reason not to keep buttons placed consistently, as they are in the desktop client.

hi 888 support it is now since weeks that i dont get access to my account i uploaded my verification documents to a cashiersite but i still dont get answer what is happened now or when i have acess it is frustrating meanwhile how long it takes

Guess how many and for how long people have been complaining about this? The end result: ignoring it all.

There are plenty of freerolls but you would need to make a deposit to play in most of them.

Most of the freerolls have nothing or very little to do with knowing how good you play. The blinds go up every minute so its pure luck who get good hands to raise and go all in with them. I see freerolls more as a raffle.

I always see some tiny amount as my bonus balance. What is that for really? It always sits there but even when my Cash is 0 I still can't use it for anything. What is the point really in even showing something that in reality does not exist for the user?
