I played in todays $109 Big Shot main event, and only received 350 players points. It should have been 900, as there is a $9 fee. Please help! Thanks

Is there an issue with 888 right now? I've been trying to log in as usual, and it keeps saying "Something went wrong, please try again" I have the "remember me" checked, and it loads fine, just doesn't seem to accept my log in info..
I decided to try and change my password, but it's not sending me the pin code. I've tried sending to my phone and my email.
Also, thanks for the help with my last issue. I got my $ back for that sng..

I just won 2.30 in the $500 freebie freeroll, and it put the $ in my rewards as a casino bonus. I double checked, and that freeroll is cash prizes..
I also noticed when I checked my rewards that ALL my winnings from sngs and tournaments have been going in my rewards. As CASINO bonuses.
Also the 1$ they returned to me for the sng I was playing when disconnected is as a bonus, with wagering requirements attached... not cool at all. What's going on? :s

Strange, all 888 free rolls disappeared for me in PC version Sunday - ( I could still see freeroll mob etc, ) I assumed an update was coming or something , after 2 days (nice to take a break, I think I am addicted to free rolls ) , I finally checked today on Android version, and sure enough regular free rolls are playing. Came to check here because surely others would be ranting here about it if it was a common issue.

Odd.

I guess I will try re-installing.

ya, i got one of those scripted emails telling me to read your terms and conditions or whatever. :s
putting the money they owed me for that tournament back in my account as a BONUS with wagering conditions pissed me off, and the email i just got from them made it so much worse.
time to look for a new place to play.

Used to love 888 and played there all the time but I HATE the new lobby, everything that was good about the old one has gone and I find it almost impossible to find my way around it.

Also the ridiculous way they clear bonuses now is a joke. They play with your cash first and then your bonus so unless you lose all your money you can never clear a bonus, don't know why they give bonuses that are impossible to clear.

Well done 888 Poker on making a great poker site unusable.

please give us an option of custom sounds and adjusted sound settings on the pc software and adjusted sound settings on the App. the constant card shuffling and chips noises are so annoying. also the constant beep beep when its your turn is very annoying. thanks.

Hi. I've just installed the 888 poker app and it seems that about 85% of the time I try and sit at a table I won't get seated. I don't get given the option to buy-in but the table opens. The table window pops up but I can't click anywhere in the window, none of the buttons work (even to close or minimise the window). It's a bit like the system things there is a dialog box open but I can't see it.

If by some miracle I do get seated at a table sometimes I cannot add any additional tables. If I'm lucky I get to the stage where I am asked where I want to sit but the moment I actually click on a seat the window freezes.

Please advise.

I think it runs its course soon but one thing about 888 is they keep innovating in ways that I like.

Which ones are those? The $200 ones? I play sometimes but all I see are slot machine games where everyone is just jamming or folding after the second blind level kicks in... 888 had decent options before but between the Ukranian and Belarusian bot rings and the changes in available tournaments, it isn't what it used to be.

I've contacted support a few weeks ago and they requested my ID so I sent it to them and still haven't any information. I also didn't get all the new player tickets yet...Can that be credited? And can I be registered for CC freerolls?

Oh I couldn't open a new account anyways because I didn't provide a different cell phone number.

The day after I uploaded my ID they requested proof of residence by sending in a water bill or other up to date bill with my name and address. The document was uploaded within a few hours. Now day three they requested the same e-mail requesting proof of residence. I now uploaded my ID two more times and a current bill with my name and address on it.

Will this ever progress or will they always send me the same e-mails???
