Probably will take their beloved 72 hours to pay me the 620 dollar still owed on my much better account..

Started this withdrawal on the 20th last month.

Worst company I ever had to deal with to withdrawal. Embarrassing tbh.

Will make sure to never ever deposit again once I receive my money.

Well just called as livechat was useless again. Aperantly remaining 619€ is processed and will be on my much better account today at most tomorrow.

Will make sure to ask for my account to be deleted afterwards so I'll never have to deal with a company like this anymore.

It's 2021 where I received a withdrawal of 5500 euro on my actual bank account within 2 hours.

Then theres 888.. pokerstars is not the fastest, but miles ahead of ya when it comes to actually paying out.

Just a warning for people playing 888.

I finally been paid. 888 even made the mistake of also paying out the price money that was credited twice by mistake.

So thanks for the 1200 euro from predicting 8 games right. Now go die in a fire 888 support. :vroam::vroam::vroam:

I dont want to read every post in the 115 page thread to see if this has been addressed already.

I havent played 888 in a while, now I tried and had to reinstall the software, and now my account is at 0..?? (And, yes, I did have money in the account, I think about $120)

I am in germany. Please advise.

You do realize that 888 is not a bank ? You can't just ask for money and expect it to be on your card within 48 hours even if it would be great.

Last time for me it took 2 weeks to get money from 888, but I really have no problem with that.
But their poker software is not the greatest, reason I don't play there as often as before.

For me withdrawals from 888 Poker usually takes 2-3 banking days, which I think is completely fine. The problem for this poster was apparently, that his account had to be verified, before he was allowed to withdraw. This is a fairly standard procedure used by all serious poker sites.


For info:

Account was verified in the past. I won a promo 767 dollar. Withdraw. Takes 72 hours before even started.

Get a mail why I deposited with a virtual temporary credit card. Explained that my mate let me use his card (not linked to a name, basically a prepaid virtual card)

Which makes sense. So I explain, my mate makes pics of the virtual card in his account.

That takes a day or 2 and I get a mail. Account verified again. Then the 72 hours actually even look at a withdrawal starts AGAIN. After those days 80 euro gets paid in 2 transfers. Remain stays on in process. I contact support asking what the delay is.

No answers as they find it to have a response time up to 48 hours.

After some days (process started on the 20th) I get a mail that they need a picture of my friends passport a banks statement and what not. Why don't ask for this the 1st time.. so I send all that shit. Takes days again
To verify and start 72 hours again for withdrawal.

Then they ask for some pics of a unsuccessful deposit method I used in the past.. so I respond I don't have that and that is bullshit as I didn't even successful deposit with that card..

After a couple more days after I called them they actually send the money. Took more then 3 weeks total.

It's all good though because all winners got the 767 dollar added twice. I had 2 withdrawals pending for that amount, got a mail of their mistake and that the extra money would be taken out of account.
Because it was already a withdrawal I guess that didn't work so actually got paid out almost 1200 euro.

That's what you get for being incompetent.

Get a mail why I deposited with a virtual temporary credit card. Explained that my mate let me use his card (not linked to a name, basically a prepaid virtual card)

And apparently it newer dawned on you, that using such a method to deposit might lead to suspicion of money luandering or other irregular activities and as a result of this restrictions being placed on your account. Yeah. Such a terrible poker site (end of sarcasm).

At the moment, 888 is my main poker room, because I play freerolls and microlemites.I like both the largest number of excellent freerolls and good navigation.I think this is the best room for beginners and regulars up to abi-100.

I play from a country where there are problems with the poker game.In this regard, you have to play through the VPN.There were problems with entering funds:)dong:there is no corresponding button in the cash register)+although during the game a large number of amounts are given for wagering in poker,sports and casinos, but there is no way to go to the corresponding tabs.(There are also problems with the withdrawal of funds-albeit small, but their own.:laugh:

If you do not log in to your account for a consecutive period of 12 months for reasons other than self-exclusion in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy, your account will be considered a "dormant account". Before an account becomes a dormant account, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you via the most current contact details you provided to us. Following your account becoming a dormant account, for security reasons we will suspend the balance in the account at that time to ensure the balance is safe and secure. This means you may not see your balance in your account if you attempt to log-in. However your rights to the balance in your account are unaffected and , you can at any time contact us at support@888.com to request access to any positive balance in your account before the account became a dormant account. Following your request and following our completion of any identity verification checks we need to undertake, we will restore access to your account and such positive balance where we are reasonably able to do so, or if we are not reasonably able to restore access to your account, we will refund the positive balance directly to you.
  2. We may, at any time including after termination of the User Agreement, set off any positive balances in your account against any amount owed by you to us. By way of example, in the event that following the settlement of a bet in your account in relation to your use of our sports betting services a resettlement is required, we shall be entitled to deduct from your account any required amount of money.
  3. We may implement a rounding policy in relation to monies deposited by or cashed-out to members where currency conversion is involved. This does help more, at least as far as knowing the terms of a dormant account.

Does 888 as a default store HH to my HD? Because I was pretty sure I played in the last 12 months. I did have a problem logging on, and this was an ongoing problem. I am in Germany and the laws changed and that may be why I couldnt log on. Last time I tried it said I had to reinstall, I did, and voila. Account gone.

I must admit, during COVID, my life changed. Maybe I did not play for a year..?? I thught I had, but ok.

I do know I got an email from BCP and they said pretty much "Dormant account. Use it or lose it". I went on played a few hands, all good. I would have loved having a chance to do this with 888 and I did try a few times to connect and it just didnt, and to be honest, I had other worries. Not to mention I did not find an email ( I dont erase these type of mails)............. That didnt help much.

I know the $120 I had there would have......

I would appeal to them explaining that you did not see the warning email and see what they say.
