Hello 888rep,

Last sunday (july 11th) I played and won the Made to Amaze tournament. Apart from the prize money, I apparently won tickets to all tournaments of the next XL series as stated in the email 888poker sent out on july 8th.

How does this work? I don't see any tickets in my account. And when is the next XL series?

I already sent an email to support but they just responded with why I do think I'm eligible for these tickets while they saw I won the tournament.

888poker 1 minute tournament, the worst example!

I've already praised 888poker for good tournaments and promotions.
But, now I also have to offer my constructive criticism.
888poker has been doing negative marketing lately.
I refer to the large number of 1 minute tournaments.
For those tournaments that involve 5,000, 6,000, 10,000... players, it becomes very stressful and tiring.
All players I talk to have the same opinion.
Most beginners still abandon poker because they understand that the game is always like that, with no strategy and no time to think.
A good game with this amount of players can never have a time of 1 minute.
The fish end up betting without any strategy, making it difficult for the games to run smoothly.
what is your opinion on this subject?
I would appreciate feedback.

That really would not work as the tournaments would take 8 hours plus if you were to have longer blind time especially with big fields.
We have a free play tab where players can practice until they are confident to play for real money.

Hi so my account got closed temporarily which i just found out a couple days ago via a self exclusion for 5 YEARS!?!? I didnt do this i do share this computer some times it must have been someone else because i would never do this can you please reinstate my account "ayres98" or let me start fresh even though i was around lvl 40 it would be much appreciated for either. Thanks in advance and kind regards Hayden.

Hi.
For the last 3-4 days, the daily spin just loads and loads, and I haven't been able to spin for tickets.
Also, just now I went to see what tickets I have left (there's 7 in there according to the number shown) and when I clicked it, it wouldn't load either.

Have you tried renstalling as that may clear up the issues?

No. I have reinstalled way too many times over the years, and most of the time it doesn't help. It's not worth it anymore. Just letting you know about the issue. I also get nothing in the main lobby, or nothing in the tournament lobbies all the time.


It would be a lot easier for 888 to just give me the spin tickets than it would be for me to use my time and effort to do all that. It's clear in my history that I'm here every day. Pretty sure I already know the answer to that though lol

Have you checked out the menu settings at the lefthand top of the lobby where you have options to change some settings?
It is to the lefthand side of the 888 logo.
