so this is not a glitch? sorry but thats a very bad new implementation then. the option show your cards: "upon sliding the mouse over the name plate" or "as faded cards untill the end of the round" are still there in the menu but no more work now and the cards are by default highlighted? do you know how disturbing this is when playing more than one or two tables?

why was this implemented? to be able to show folded cards after the round is over? you guys should at least give us those two options mentioned above back please.

Ok thanks. Why was it implemented? Its now possible to show folded cards at the end of the round or any other reason?

I noticed now if i click on folded cards there is like a blue point on the card where i click. What is this for?

Okok. Look rep i played a bit more now and this update is or was complete nonsense. No idea who at 888 would come up with such an idea and i really recommend that u guys check this again. Even on the App the cards are at least blurred out when folding.

Is this room legit? Downloaded it today and tried play a freroll but it says I need to make a deposit in order to be able to play a freroll. I am ok with depositing a litle money but is it possible to cashout without sending my ID later on? I don't even get why all the rooms ask for my ID, i am not thrilled to send them my documents...

Every site will need your ID when requesting a withdrawal. And almost all sites require a player to deposit prior to being able to withdrawal funds from their account.
Many sites would let you play without depositing but once you attempt to withdraw funds you'll see they then request a deposit first along with account verification (ID, address, etc.)

Thank you, I was worried about that for now playing only on PokerStars because I had an account there since 2009 and it is approved. But I feel like PSs rabeback is so tiny, barely 20% so I wanted to check other rooms.

I learned very early on that it ALWAYS best to get your account completely verified prior to even playing ANYTHING. (sometimes you won't even be able to withdrawal depending upon what country you live in, etc. .. or methods they request in might not be available to you). Why learn that sh1t out after playing for years & building up a bankroll starting from freerolls, only to discover it is worth NOTHING.
Deposit (no matter how small), verify >>> play ... >> hope to withdraw funds one day... or at least not need to deposit too often

20% rakeback at Stars? I don't think so. These days it's probably closer to 3% rakeback and that's only if you're playing micros. (I believe it is much worse at high buyin levels).
Stars has the worst rakeback program in all of online poker. And their rake is higher than other sites.

The blue dots are a feature that allows you to show your cards once the hand is over fyi.

its pretty confusing to send out emails where its stated that the problems are resolved but then when i load the software there are no updates and the problem with the cards are still not handled. i know you guys probably meant other problems but you should not be surprised if people are wondering. just saying.

FYI,

We have rolled back to the last version before the recent bugs appeared. The rollback for now was done for .COM and .ES - PC and Mac. We are working on rolling back for the other networks as well, and will do so as soon as we can.
No need to redownload. You will get a force download message when opening the client.

All brands have now been updated with the previous version.
For PC automatic upgrade.
For Mac you should redownload from the home page and anyone having issues I would also advise to download from the home page.

We had a problem in a client update from Yesterday so some players who downloaded the client from the site, or had an automatic client upgrade will get a pop up with an error mistake.
They need to go to our site and download the client again. The version now on the site is a fixed version.

Once this was discovered, why wasn't the other one REMOVED?
I just went to try to play on 888Poker right now (Good thing I tried tonight instead of waiting til' the weekend once I had other sites & games running) and the update stopped partway through, my AV quarantined it. I went to allow it but seems it just doesn't exist now and when I go to open 888 I get nothing at all.

Why is it that when i loose connection and then reconnect, that unnecessary pop-up pops up with the reminder for the daily spin? That pop up comes also at the beginning when i log in. Its both on the app and desktop software.

On this already mentioned daily spin the prize is like 99,9 percent a ticket for a daily freeroll. Its just so unnecessary and disturbing to promote that spin multiple times and also with pop ups when you guys could just put 2 tickets in every account every day. Also it looks bad to totally new players since they think they spin a random wheel and then win the same prize all the time. They might think the site is rigged which i can kind of understand if they are totally new to online poker.

Please think about this and please give us an option to dissable pop ups.
