Yes, I finally found the "click zone" as I stated in my post - but your simple answer is not really true. It makes me wonder if you have even tried playing with it.

You have to click the middle lower half of the cards - if that player is holding cards - if not it is a nothing space (with avatars turned off) on the floor or table apparently. Also if the customer is showing their cards at the end of a hand, the cards move to a lower spot. Often a pop up with the player's chips and country also blocks this zone. Sometimes it takes many many clicks to finally get the pop up notes window.

The simplest fix is like I mentioned, return all the opponents click fields to notes , as it was, and just make the stacks in blinds button your own stack.

I am only trying to give feedback to make it the best game possible. This change has made it worse, sorry to say, even though I do appreciate the new feature. Thanks for listening.

Yes, Thanks for acknowledging that. For me even on full screen it is an issue. If playing small screen it is a real pain. I hope you consider passing on the complaint and suggestion to your software team.

For now, the minor improvement of stacks in blinds view really comes at a high cost of play-ability and ease of access to features.

I clicked around for at least 100 times to find it the first time. I looked around the settings pages again... I was about to come here and rant , but didn't want to seem foolish, there was no way they just totally removed the notes feature, right?

So I went and hunted some more before finding it.

And still it is problematic now, it is really hard to find at times , where it was an easy thing before.

Maybe only 10% or so of players use notes, and almost nobody speaks up even if it affects them, so I am glad someone else brings it up. Cheers !

I'm sorry but I get the notes straight away with one click so I would advise you to contact support@888poker.com and they will investigate it for you if you give them all the details.

You are not bad at all (I already said that earlier) but your site managers really need to hire more people, your site is great, but your support team is terrible. Especially the Russian support team. Seems they're drinking every day and doing nothing LOL.

And finally: above, someone said only 10% of players use note feature. Nobody else would care even if you not only screw up this feature and make it really inconvenient but if you delete this software feature for good. They would not care.

Yep, I keep playing, freerolls. Two freebies at a time, not more. Sorry but it's a bit hard to add more tables and still play with ease.
Really thanks for adding stack-to-bb feature but by adding this you (not you personally but 888 team, I already noticed you are touchy) -- I don't know why -- decided to ruin the note feature. I guess it's better for me try to set hand-2-note up. I already spent two nights in this thread complaining and whining instead of earning money elsewhere and trying to setup the additional soft.

Right now, your site is still the best option for UK and RU players anyway. It really rings a bell and reminds me about RedStar Poker the time when it belonged to MPN, not iPoker Network. But could you please tell them that 888poker has:

- very long cashouts via WM (still waiting my putiful $20 even though it has already took almost a week),
- very 'interesting' programmers staff,
- the worse Russian support depending to other poker rooms, it usually answers at least a week or more. Not everyone speaks English and this is not their fault.

I have two $12 tournament tickets on 888. I have checked the tournament schedule every day for the past 4-5 days and there are no $12 tournaments. Have these been removed from the new tournament schedule? If so, what is being done for customers that have tickets that can no longer be used?

Please let the player know that in the next couple of days we will compensate any player who had a $12 ticket.

Thank you for trying to help me out. I was in contact with an agent who told me that i could send a Bank statement since taking copys of my cards wasnt possible. My Bank statement was accepted and it finally looked like every thing was solved. However you managed to verify my 888sport account instead of my 888poker account. So I sent a mail to support explaining them the problem. Conversation: # 210303-001266


Please read through. Basically we are back to Operation team wanting me to send copys of front and back of my virtual cards. I explain that its not possible to take physical photos of virtual cards.

Then I get a reply where they ask me to take photos of front and back of my cards. I explain that its not possible to take photos of front and back of my cards beacause they are virtual.

Today the use of the 'notes' feature is even MUCH worse.
I've found just about the only way to open it is by bringing up the hand history replayer, then waiting til' the hand is dealt (it won't let me put a note on a player prior to this) and then once it has dealt cards in the replayer, I can click on the player's cards and the note window will pop up.
It was soooo bad today that I couldn't play on there any longer.

It seems that once 888 added the feature of having stacks displayed in chips(cash) or bb's, when you click on the player it just keeps switching back & forth between the two instead of bringing up the note feature. (some sites used to have it so you could 'right-click' with mouse instead of 'left' and it brought notes up.... I think that was how Fulltilt did it)
Speaking of Fulltilt Poker... that site ran better than the sites do today over a dozen years later
(they should've sold the software to 888 or Partypoker)

I believe the requirement is to play at least 1 hand of SNAP, although I don't think it is stated clearly.

I know of at least 2 people who weren't getting the $1k ring freeroll ticket by playing regular ring games, but got a ticket right away playing SNAP.

So, in case anyone else is in this situation, the "compensation" I've been offered is a $25 bonus. And as well documented on this forum, I will need to lose my entire bankroll (which I wasn't intending to do!) and then wager that bonus 35x to clear it. So it's almost worthless. So effectively I've just lost $24 because 888 changed their tournament schedule

I've already gone back to customer support about this, so I'm not expecting you to do anything about it, I'm just ranting!
