Hi, I once requested my account (Maronza) to be closed around 2023 as I needed to take a break. Is it possible for it to be re opened?
Here was the response i got by that time when i requested it to be opened,

"Ronald, thank you for your honest reply. Please note, we promote safer gambling and we don't any of our Member to experience any difficulties on our site.

Based on your comments, we strongly feel that it is in your best interest to take a break from the games as such your account has been closed under an exclusion status.

I appreciate that this may not be the response you had hoped for; however, I can assure you that this decision was taken with your best interest at heart.

Your account has now been closed in our system and you will not receive promotional offers during the Self-Exclusion."

The representative of 888, @888Rep, what about my withdrawal to the visa card? After 888 left Belarus, I was asked for documents again, and more than a week ago I sent the bank statement again... I don't have a clear answer. What's going on there anyway? How do I contact support?

I am done with 888poker. I just wasted 3 weeks trying to straighten out my account (from years ago) and got very little response to my email queries. I found out it was temporarily suspended, so I tried to create a new account ( a suggestion) with a different username and email address, which didn't work. After going to online chat (via the web version - couldn't get to online chat on my computer) the agent said (after an hour) that I would not be able to play on their site. I am done with 888poker.

It actually sounds like they are done with u and not u with them 😬

Who told u to create a new account? Why was ur account restricted in the first place?

Since last week's update I can't download the new software. Not with the automatic update before logging in, but by downloading from the website.
I've tried installing it in a different folder, I've also turned off the firewall, but nothing is stopping it.

As far as I know, they have open withdrawals, and you are obviously one of those who play with VPN.

Go to 888 Poker, in freerolls you will see the Belarusian flag among players, this was the case at first with players from Russia, after that the room blocked the country, then only Russians could not play even through VPN.

@888Rep, Please tell me, how can I contact the support of the room normally regarding the withdrawal of funds? The problem is, 888 Poker left Belarus on December 26, 2024. I received an email about this on December 24, 2024. I requested the entire withdrawal amount on the same day, but I received an email a few days later saying that the money could not be withdrawn to the visa card, even though I had withdrawn it to this card in June 2024. Then the room requested the documents again. I sent my passport and a bank statement (the VISA card I asked you to withdraw to), you must remember, I asked you several times to tell them that I uploaded the documents.
