Hi. I'm wondering if anyone have verified Revolut virtual cards at 888? I have a pending withdrawal but they wont accept my documents..

Card confirmation from Revolut wasnt accepted. This usually works on other sites. I got no explonation from the Operations team on what exactly the needed, I can of course not take a picture of front and back of a virtual card. Tried to take a screenshot from the website though, but this wasnt accepted either. Again No explonation.

Contacted support and asked what exactly I should upload. It took them 5 days to answer, and the answer I got was that there should be no problem to deposit using my card. Apperently support didnt read my mail very carefully, even though i subjected the case "Verification"...

I have never experienced someone with worse customer support than this.

platform problem

Yup, using a laptop.

It looks like things are working now, all games are showing in the lobby and tables come up when a game starts.

Looking at other posts where it says if they try to look up their game history the site closes I just tried it and sure enough 888 closed when I tried to look at my history, so there is still at least 1 unfixed bug going.

I think I've never played an 888 but it must not be a laptop problem it must be a platform problem

This is really good news. I had started to play on 888 a lot more recently but found all the re-entries really frustrating and it was putting me off. On my last check only two tournaments out of all of them were not re-entry. I much prefer the format when you knock someone out they are out.

This is coupled with the fact that re-entries do not count in the prize distribution meaning you are often only paying 9% of places which is extremely tight. Sites like Stars and Party count these entries (although ACR do not either). Although you mentioned they are looking at a wider payout scheme so looking forwards to see what they do although also counting the re-entries solve this bit.

Yes it is. When I click on "My Game History" the box opens ok. It's when I click on sng tournaments or tournaments under tournament tables history, it tries to load for a couple of seconds, then crashes.
Edit: I just tried all the links in the game history page, and they all work except the tournament tables history links.

Regarding the new updated PC version, I like that you implemented the stacks in blinds view option, but it has seriously affected the ability to take notes, assign colors to, and mute other players.

At first it seemed you completely removed the function until I realized there is a tiny spot to click on , between the player's cards and name. It is doubly hard to find the spot sometimes, you have to click all around to find it.

I suggest you make it so only clicking on yourself activates the stacks in blinds option. Leave all opponent's stacks fields as access to notes, etc, like it was before. Thank you..

Well, just a case:
I have about 55+ tables opened [not only 888] at a time, two monitors. Freebies, NL2, tourneys up to $2, another tables maybe. I know that you're sure that 888 is the best room in the world. But anyway, just a second, I play NOT ONLY AT 888poker.com, trust me.
I have to hit A REALLY SMALL 4x4 pixels hitbox JUST TO BE ABLE TO MAKE A COLOR NOTE, I DON'T WANT TO SEE PLAYERS' AVATARS AT ALL.

Regards. Trust me please, I didn't mean to be rude for you especially (whoever you are) but for this company—I really did.
For example, we usually wait an answer from our Russian-speaking support for a week or two. It's not a miracle, this is truth.
Well, your main e-mail support (for English-speaking people) answers way way faster but not everyone speaks English in our country. There are tons of players who does not. Should they learn English? Maybe, maybe they shouldn't.

I am not rude at all. I did not even want or intend to be rude. I just said what is real.

- use public VPN to be able to play if their internet provider does not allow them to play,
- do not multi-table/multi-room at all,
- have to reinstall and install from scratch your Windows program almost every time when you release an update,
- don't even use note option in their everyday game or just use poker trackers for doing so (especially regular players). I don't use any kind of poker trackers and try to play without them.


There are just several reasons why everyone do not complain.

I registered for the $200 freeroll and it opened, playing now.. But still cant see any upcoming tournaments...

That was just a glitch but if you quickly click on any of the other tabs like cash or blast etc and then click back on tournaments it should be ok.
