All the sit and gos are filling up, and not starting.
I'm sitting waiting for #177824304 to start. There has been 9/9 players for a few minutes now, and we haven't even been seated. I can see the same thing in all the sngs. They are full, but still say registering, and nothing is happening :/
It won't let you unregister either.. :deal:

Anymore information on this like how long it lasted, was all tables the same etc?

It fixed itself shortly after I posted. It was ALL the sng tournaments. The micros anyway. All the tournaments were full, yet they wouldn't start, and still said "registering". They didn't get seated... I would say it lasted 20 mins tops.
My tournament history glitch is fixed too. I just checked. yay.

There was a new update today. Everything installed without any problem and I hoped it would solve the issue with the tournament history, but alas it is still there and still shuts down my 888 software as soon as i click on the icon.

Is anyone else having an issue with the mobile App? Can't seem to get to the login screen, just an endless loading screen with the 888 logo animation constantly

Down for me too. Getting the connection failed pop up as above. Cannot connect on mobile app either.

Also failed to get entry to that free tournament a few days back that was offered as a compensation for ongoing issues.

While I'm complaining, also pretty annoyed at missing out on getting at least two of my last scratch cards I should be getting every 5 club levels gained. When I complained via email support I got a crappy apology and was 'gifted' a $1 bonus as a compensation that I apparently need to clear by wagering $35 in the casino, with the message that 'they scratched it on my behalf'. Bit odd, to say the least.

Hello 888. The last update of your program is awful IMHO. Well, you added the stack-to-bb function. This is great! I appreciate this. Been waiting for this function for a long long time, and finally you have made this one. But how in the world can I add notes to my opponents? Color notes, at least? I used to add them via double click at the player's nickname or stack size string. But now, when I double-click at someone on the table, it doesn't work properly, this new feature keeps switching stack/bb instead of opening notes' window. If I got it right, I have to hit a really really really small hitbox on the other player's cards to open it and then finally I can text something and save it. Usually, I got lucky about one time out of 30 via my doubleclicking. It sucks.
Well OK I can open the replayer and make some notes there (usually when I get tired of my doubleclicking). But opening the replayer DAMN EVERY time when I play several tables and I just need to make a simple color note (nothing more)… well opening the hands' replayer every time I need it sucks too.
I hope you will fix this thing somehow or if I just didn't understand something then let me know. Regards.
UPD: Still playing only one table 'cause of that inconvenience.

Well. As I could figure out, it works with the 'display avatars' checkbox turned on. When there are avatars at the table, everything works fine. How can I add notes at my opponents if there are no avatars? I still suppose new version sucks a bit.
I guess I have to set up Hand2Note now. It'll be easier to figure out how to make notes in H2N than how to do the same thing in your new ”pretty and beatiful“ update.

I beleive that you are now a regulated country with different rules as defined by your government so you really need to mail your support and surely they will get back to you soon.
