Can you guys give some constructive feedback about the updates.
Have you even given it a chance by exploring the site and playing on it for a week at least.
A lot of players like it after playing for a few days.

I tried, but could not download the App for ipad and iphone. The old one hust do not open the tables to me and did not appear the box to coick at ongoing games

1. You have filtures for that
2. noted
3. Go into SETTEINGS and untick ENABLE EXTRA VISUAL AND ANIMATIONS FEATURES and that will turn off the throwing features
4. In the p1peline for some future update

Explore the setting options and the poker lobby to see what the options are and see how it goes and you might get to like it.

I like 888poker for the promotions, although their software is ugly, I would like for a better experience, bigger cards, the numbers of the bigger chips, etc.
I think, and a lot of my friends, we thought the old 888poker was better, so I don't know what they are doing, but they are taking steps backwards.
Not to mention the reduction of tournaments level 30, etc.

I also have the same problem, at first there was an error and the app would not be available, I sent an email to support, and they sent me a tutorial to install the software on the computer.

Ive a question...
Since the update of the new client... some tournaments registration starts same time that the tournament... therefore due to there is no players the tournament cancel automatically... it has happened with the level up 250 tournaments.... and now I encounter this tournament
"Sunday Mega Deep Celebration" as starts same time that the registration...

so... what is going on?... is this going to get fixed before it starts?

The game is running but they are aware on the time bug and are trying to address it as soon as possible.

I see it is still a bug , and your guys are rocking it , staying on top of it so these tourneys run. Just had one bad day a few days back when they almost all got canned.

I know I mentioned sound issues way back, PC version, and I guess I should bring it back up. Having lived with it for 6 months or more I have it pinned down:

I have Win 10, use BSplayer free software to watch videos, and perhaps extra loaded codecs for sound and video (K-lite codec package, not certain if that may be it).

If I start any video with BSplayer before 888 , no 888 sound on tables. I have to quit BSplayer, quit 888, reload 888 , and then sound works again, as long as I load a table before I watch a video. ( Learned the hard way - I used to completely reboot my computer every time just for you guys !)

When 888 table audio does work, I get multiple taskbar applets, for LAV audio decoder v 0.73.0 . It does have some settings I haven't played with.

I say table audio because the lobby audio still seemed to work when I last checked that months ago. Just the button click sounds in the lobby worked.

That's nice to know. I see what uncloggie means and it will be useful to see that right at the table without having to open up the lobby window.

If you use the filtures for the games you want that will make it much easier for you.

While we are working on a fix for this bug, in case you encounter this problem, you can access the relevant game directly from the relevant MTT\SNG\Blast Arena (instead of from the ‘Tickets’ section) and you will be able to register.

I think my question is a little different.. In my ticket area I have x10 tix, 4 or 5 blast tournament etc, and the balance are .10 blast tix... I wasn't paying attention and I used the free tickets and reg'd for two .10 blast games thinking they were played with tickets.. instead the funds came out of my account. I guess this is also a bug that it says tickets are there yet they are not actually a free ticket to play ???

As it says in the quote the way to use the tickets is to do what it says because there is an issue with the tickets at present which the team are currently working to fix.

But.. one big question. How do I logoff .. exit... I looked everywhere and could not find it. I tried using your chat but they left me hanging for 10 min with no reply. Not good. They asked how they could help.. but no reply to my question.

It can be done.
When you click filtures drag the line - free .....$30000 back to free....$5 and click lets go.
I just did it and it works.
Try and experiment and check all your options.

Just close the page the same as you close any other and it will automatically close it down so the next time you open it you will have to login again.

I am in germany, and after re-installing the 888 software I saw that my lvl is on 1 again.

WTF.
I had to re-submit my documents, I do understand because of the new regulations etc... that's ok with me.
But, why am I on lvl 1 again?
Where are the collected gold tokens ??
What's about those daily spinns?

I won one ticket but couldn't register for the tournament, see screenshots.

Whats about deposit and withdraw now?
I saw that skrill is available.
If I deposit with skrill can I also use that skrill to withdraw or not?

A few days ago I managed to earn a Stroke of Luck all-in ticket for a $1000 freeroll, of which there is 1 game per day.

The problem is that these tickets are so hard to get that as far as I can tell none of these games has met the 75 player minimum to run since this promotion started.
My ticket is due to expire in 4 days so what happens if the tournament never gets the minimum number of players before the ticket expires?

It doesn't seem fair that the ticket would be useless as it isn't a free ticket, it had to be earned.

I took a pic of today's game which shows just 24 players entered with just 4 minutes left to register, it ended up with 26 players registered before it was cancelled and my ticket refunded.
