I clicked on use ticket, then on the blast that was on the list.
The box came up saying it would be 9 + 1c or whatever, and there was no ticket option in that box, so I registered to see what would happen. It charged me, so I unregistered. I tried a couple of times.
The daily spin keeps popping up every few minutes too. :s
Nothing personal lol but I really HATE the new layout. Part of what I loved about 888 was it didn't have this layout like most.

Ok I logged out and back in, and the ticket option is there now. I'm still having the spin popping up saying i've already spun today though.
While I'm here, I also have 2 very old messages that pop up every time I log in. One is "this table is currently unavailable" and the other is "Tournament #160681418 ended while you were disconnected"
It would be great if I could get that cleaned up. Thanks

I would suggest you reinstall the software but make sure you restart your dvice after you uninstall before you try to reinstall.

New Software
The new software is really nice, can see some bugs are being worked out but its nice to see the upgrade, I have played with 888 for about 10 years and they have said updates before but this is the first noticeable change, for the better.

I also had some problems with "new app" but since returning to webapp888.com (or whatever that instant play page now is) it does look like there are no problems anymore lol ...

If you click on the icon above your name on the top left hand side of the lobby a menu will appear with MY TOURNAMENTS on the list so in future you can find your current games.

Maybe it expired but you will need to mail support@888poker.com and they will assist but there are plenty more free tickets to be had using the free spin etc.

I do not like that you cannot register to any daily freerolls on the Android app.
At least if you register in the desktop version it does let you play on the app.
I am not certain about 0.40 STT sit and go yet though, last week it would not load the game I was in when I switched to the phone app.
Also, I said it before but I will repeat, I really do not like the app being stuck in portrait mode now. Much prefer landscape, or at least the choice to switch between them.

Another problem I have found (with the Windows desktop version obviously, since you cannot access these freerolls from the phone app) is that the daily freeroll's and some other 888 freeroll's registration start times are incorrect in their respective lobbies. They list the game start time as registration start time.

ya, something's up. the 5pm 200$ freeroll is saying it starts in 7444 days when viewed from the tournaments tab lol when you open the lobby, it shows the correct start time, but registration isn't open yet, and it starts in 22 minutes.
so, i registered to a sng, and it took my $, but i'm not listed after even a few minutes.. neither is anyone else though. in ANY sngs. so i unregistered, and it gave me my money back. hope everything sorts out soon

Yup, all the daily freerolls, the level 5+ & 10+ freerolls , and the 500$ daily celebration freerolls today all are not playable, since they will all cancel at the start time, such as the previous example did.

I just made level 10 today finally ! I hope they fix the free roll issues soon, I was totally psyched to finally play the level 10+ free roll today !

Missing 24-hour time format, correct to 24-hour time format.
What is your problem ? What is your point ? It doesn't matter what time zone I am in (EST BTW) , it doesn't change the fact that this is happening.

Just want to comment on your new lobby. Not being able to reduce the size is not a good thing. It takes up 1/2 my screen! Pls remember we have several tables open so we have to sitout to be able to find 888 games etc in lobby before minimizing it to get on with our games. In my mind it is a detrement not an improvement. I have other lobby comments but will post again later after using a bit longer.
