A few days ago I managed to earn a Stroke of Luck all-in ticket for a $1000 freeroll, of which there is 1 game per day.

The problem is that these tickets are so hard to get that as far as I can tell none of these games has met the 75 player minimum to run since this promotion started.
My ticket is due to expire in 4 days so what happens if the tournament never gets the minimum number of players before the ticket expires?

It doesn't seem fair that the ticket would be useless as it isn't a free ticket, it had to be earned.

I took a pic of today's game which shows just 24 players entered with just 4 minutes left to register, it ended up with 26 players registered before it was cancelled and my ticket refunded.

Ive had issues in software... I havent sum points on my account for reaching new level... idk why... My last 2 deposit were $30 and $20 dllrs using code for promotion... I didnt get promotion bonus... and i didnt get rakebacks... and I already waited 72 hours as T&C says ...


I already sent email regarding other issues since 2 weeks ago... Ive had no response at all...

I feel very dissapointed due to I mostly play on this room and to be ignored when an issue that is affecting my gameplay and my bankroll directly is not quite ok.

I am in Germany, and after re-installing the 888 software I saw that my lvl is on 1 again.

WTF.
I had to re-submit my documents, I do understand because of the new regulations etc... that's ok with me.
But, why am I on lvl 1 again?
Where are the collected gold tokens ??
What's about those daily spinns?

I won one ticket but couldn't register for the tournament, see screenshots.

Whats about deposit and withdraw now?
I saw that skrill is available.
If I deposit with skrill can I also use that skrill to withdraw or not?

Edit: I did find some starting later tonight. Does this mean they've changed the times only? And is this a permanent change? Sorry for all the questions. Maybe you have a link to the info on the changes? Thanks in advance.

So as far as I see the $88 bonus contains tickets worth $8 and a pending bonus of $80...but then it says that "The Pending Bonus granted under the Promotion is granted to you in a restricted state that may not be accessed nor wagered with, but are released into a player’s real-money bankroll incrementally as he/she accumulates Bonus Points." -> So this means that I'm not able to play with those $80 only if I earn the required bonus points first, right? So this means that I still have to play with my own money first in order to receive your "$88 free"? I might be stupid but this doesn't sound like free for me...
