Thank you but, it kinda got fix, but then somethings happened and i haven't received the rest of the Bonus!!!
Every day there were 2 x $0.50 tickets (starting Jun 2 till Monday jun 8) but since tuesday jun 9th i've not got any new ticket
"After reviewing your account I am seeing your account has been credited with the free £20 Registration Bonus which was credited ..." say the email but:
6/2/2020 = 2x $0.50 Tournament Ticket + $1 Bonus
6/3/2020 = 2x $0.50 Tournament Ticket + $1 Bonus
6/4/2020 = 2x $0.50 Tournament Ticket
6/5/2020 = 2x $0.50 Tournament Ticket ---- never got the other 13 Tickets of this day

I tried several times to download the application from the page https://www.888poker.com/download-poker/
Each time it stops and does not finish downloading. Would you have another server or another address so that I can get the application down.
My operating system is OSX 10.15.4

I understand the thread that you provided me if I can see it and I can access it but I cannot find the freeroll tournaments nor do I get the notification that I am already a member of silver level, I would like to know in which category or level are the free passwords for the 888poker room and the one of every day of pokerstar and not only those of Friday?
I have a question I hope it is not repetitive, I would like to know after complying with all the requirements for the free club (platinum level) where can I find the application to make it and can I be approved? or how to send and where do I send my request to be approved as platinum?

If you can't find the password in that thread, the tournament most likely requires a Platinum level (also known as Freeroll Club [FRC]). It shouldn't be surprising that most CC freerolls are restricted to Platinum level members, 'cause it's the only level requiring a consistent forum activity.
If you are interested in a particular tournament, open the CardsChat Freerolls subforum and search for its name. For example, I searched for "888poker" and I found these threads:
888poker $100 Freeroll; Wednesday, July 15 @3pm ET (Platinum Level)
888poker $100 Freeroll; Sunday, July 12 @3pm ET (Platinum Level)
888Poker $300 Canadian Freeroll; Saturday, July 11 @3pm ET
888poker $100 Freeroll; Wednesday, July 8 @3pm ET (Platinum Level)
888poker $100 Freeroll; Sunday, July 5 @3pm ET (Platinum Level)
888Poker $300 Canadian Freeroll; Saturday, July 4 @3pm ET
...
From this you can tell that the freerolls on Wednesdays and Sundays require Platinum level. The $300 FR on Saturday is restricted to Canadians.
You can find a lot of info by opening the Calendar on Weekly View too.

The pokerstars Daily freerolls require Platinum level, as you can tell here:

I posted the link in my previous post, just like Nafor did after me. The Sign-Up Thread is stickied next to the one you are posting here. Go there when you are ready and create ONE post containing your request. It doesn't matter much what you say there. The mere act of posting there implies that you want to join the club. You shouldn't be posting there if you aren't ready and you don't want to apply for membership. Say something like "I want to join the freeroll club." In about 2 weeks you'll get an answer. If you don't qualify, you'll have to wait a month before reapplying. Remember that the Platinum level requires a reasonable activity at all times (pre and post-joining the club).

888 Poker glitch
July 16 2020 I lost a hand on 888 Poker that cannot be explained. I am rastashark14 in the image, I have pocket nines and lost to a pair of fives. I had a larger stack so nothing should be going to the player (zfly37) who won. I have yet to get an explanation from customer support.

Blast Games Defying Odds?
Hey there, I recently joined 888 after getting fed up with poker stars new software. (AWFUL). Anyways in the last couple of months Ive been playing it has been pretty awesome, You see far less of these miraculous bad beats on the turn that you constantly see on Poker Stars, so good job 888!
However... the last couple of days Ive seen something I have never seen before. Ive lost over $75 American all in a row, playing many $.10 $1 blasts, a few $5 blasts and just now 2 of the $15 blasts
OK, So I totally get that after the timer goes its completely up to chance, So the fact that I was in the first place slot the majority of the time prior to being in All-In mode is completely irrelevant, and I do get that. This game is not really a game of skill it is basically A straight gamble and the only reason I played it was to complete a challenge. ( Otherwise wouldnt waste my money) My challenge Was to win five Blast games at a minimum of one dollar. I now have spent nearly $100 AMERICAN ( I am in canada so closer to $150 actually) and have not even completed the challenge.
TWENTY FIVE games in a ROW. I won ONE. Now Im a pretty decent poker player, and although its mostly up to chance, this isnt even Mathematically possible for the crappiest player out there. So Im starting to become pretty curious about the algorithm here.
If anyone can explain to me how you can lose 25 games in a row, that would be great. Because Im pretty much livid and ready to switch again. Thanks.
P.S) I do understand that this is more a game of chance than skill, and I am 100% not a bad loser when it comes to gambling. Gambling is a risk and I do know that, But There is a certain point when something like this would stand out And Become Noticeable....well its Very noticeable.
P.S.S I do have a recommendation. Most poker sites have something like this where there is a spin in the beginning that tells you what the prize is. Not a single one of them however have this thing where it suddenly turns into an All-In battle.I highly suggest getting rid of that because its pretty ridiculous Do you put in $15 or even some of the bigger bets like $100, Get your opponent down to 50 chips While you are holding 3000 Or whatever And then lose. Because A computer decided it.
This style of game is the only game that I still go to other poker sites to play on. It pretty much sucks. But if you get rid of that All-In I bet a lot of people would be happy!!

How can I play 888 pomer at my PC without the sreen froze that is ocurring at this new update?
