Hi 888rep,

Seriously. You guys need to adress the epidemic presence of both bots and seatscripts. It is very, very obvious. You dont even need to “study statistic”. Make an employee log on in the user interface and sit at a mid or High stakes cash game table. Then you instantly have your culprits.

Luckily for me - dont ask me how - I profit from the bots. Maybe I suck so much that the AI malfunctions, lol. But frankly, in the name of honour, get some Serious routine in place. Compensation is irrelevant, but if you dont face the fact that, like, 50% of the players are cheating, scripting, colluding and using AI, then you will NEVER close your leak.

Take a look at 888 annual report. Your poker room is being butchered. Almost a 50% drop in Revenue from 2018 to 2019. Apart from the technical issues, the fact that the lack of game protection is salient makes the platform appear to be a hostile environment.

I dont want to point fingers. The only reason I use 888 is because I for some reason do really Well against the tricksters. But, and this is not a claim I am making but a thought I legit had for a while, it almost seems like the activities are sanctioned. Maybe as an ill adviced Way of salvaging the scraps of what looks like a dying revenue stream. In any case, the lack of Serious game protection is imo a push factor towards competitors. In your annual report it States that the drop in revenue is due to competition, but you guys are foolish if you dont realize that this is one of the key areas where you honest to Christ DONATE competitive edge!

888 said it needed to download a new version and my computer can't open it now. I have to be honest I'm pretty done with your site. ACR is the only other site I play on that has this much trouble and they are ran in a grey market outside of the laws of the USA and thus I'm willing to give it a little more credit than I am the billion dollar sports book.

Once I get my withdrawal that thankfully I put through on the weekend (Which also hasn't been approved yet, somewhat worryingly to be honest when pokerstars offers immediate withdrawal) I'm probably going to take a large break from your site until your company figures out how to treat it's players.

The CC free rolls have been great and I've done fairly well at them, but now as my rake paid is starting to get up into the few $100s a month I'm significantly more picky of where I put my volume in and if I can't even open the client on a regular basis it will get to a point where I won't bother to open it at all

How can I play 888 pomer at my PC without the sreen froze that is ocurring at this new update?
The old version eas friendly and perfect playabIlity.
This new version, to me use, have to all the time use ALT plus tab to refresh the page.

Have you tried reinstalling the poker client to see if that clears up your issue?

We monitor the tables and take action if we see irregular playing strategies and if you read the forums you will see that we ban players that we deem to be guilty of these practices.
If you wish to send proof to us of current players you suspect then please forward it to support@888poker.com and they will address it and take action.

..... when I click the home tab I get the ‘ live right now ‘ lines but if i click the ‘ live now ‘ tab I get orange boxes for various sports but clicking them just gives a blank screen.

Today my software toldme to update, when entering the official download page i've got all sorts of warning about bad bad walmare inside the installer!!

888poker_installer.exe is infected with a nasty walware called Win32UPX-gen [PUP]

I have also had the 888poker.exe and the installer flagged by cisco security as a trojan infected.

i've also removed it from my computer.

Can we get a better explanation than " just don't worry, it's fine " ?

Hey there, I recently joined 888 after getting fed up with Poker Stars new software. (AWFUL). Anyways in the last couple of months I’ve been playing it has been pretty awesome, You see far less of these miraculous bad beats on the turn that you constantly see on Poker Stars, so good job 888!

However... the last couple of days I’ve seen something I have never seen before. I’ve lost over $75 American all in a row, playing many $.10 $1 blasts, a few $5 blasts and just now 2 of the $15 blasts

OK, So I totally get that after the timer goes it’s completely up to chance, So the fact that I was in the first place slot the majority of the time prior to being in “All-In” mode is completely irrelevant, and I do get that. This game is not really a game of skill it is basically A straight gamble and the only reason I played it was to complete a challenge. ( Otherwise wouldn’t waste my money) My challenge Was to win five Blast games at a minimum of one dollar. I now have spent nearly $100 AMERICAN ( I am in Canada so closer to $150 actually) and have not even completed the challenge.

TWENTY FIVE games in a ROW. I won ONE. Now I’m a pretty decent poker player, and although it’s mostly up to chance, this isn’t even Mathematically possible for the crappiest player out there. So I’m starting to become pretty curious about the algorithm here.


If anyone can explain to me how you can lose 25 games in a row, that would be great. Because I’m pretty much livid and ready to switch again. Thanks.

P.S) I do understand that this is more a game of chance than skill, and I am 100% not a bad loser when it comes to gambling. Gambling is a risk and I do know that, But There is a certain point when something like this would stand out And Become Noticeable....well it’s Very noticeable.


P.S.S I do have a recommendation. Most poker sites have something like this where there is a spin in the beginning that tells you what the prize is. Not a single one of them however have this thing where it suddenly turns into an All-In battle.I highly suggest getting rid of that because it’s pretty ridiculous Do you put in $15 or even some of the bigger bets like $100, Get your opponent down to 50 chips While you are holding 3000 Or whatever And then lose. Because A computer decided it.


This style of game is the only game that I still go to other poker sites to play on. It pretty much sucks. But if you get rid of that All-In I bet a lot of people would be happy!!

888 still beats Poker Stars by a 4 of a kind!! 👌😘

Sorry you fell for it - most promos are bs on all sites it seems.

The Blast is just a total toss of the dice, I did rant about it months ago in this thread.

888 does have great freerolls, and low stakes sit and go's, even head to head, which is where I would point you to play instead of Blast.

Wondering why the "MutliFlight" typo in the home screen legend didn't get fixed in the update? I pointed this out months ago, I guess it didn't get sent up the chain....
I suppose it should read as "Multi Flight ?

Mutli is probably a good name for a cereal or dog food....

Then i guess the answer is I no longer play 888 at all .

If multiple AV engines and people are seeing this, then it's a problem.

Hi i sent an email on 888 support , but I didn't get any answer.
My account has been suspended for a long time . When I'm trying to log into my account i got the next message : Your account has been temporarily suspended contact support immediately .
I sent them an email at support@888poker.com , i got an auto-response email and i was told to wait 48h , that was on 15 of july .
What should I do ?
