Hi i sent an email on 888 support , but I didn't get any answer.
My account has been suspended for a long time . When I'm trying to log into my account i got the next message : Your account has been temporarily suspended contact support immediately .
I sent them an email at support@888poker.com , i got an auto-response email and i was told to wait 48h , that was on 15 of july .
What should I do ?

If you give me your poker user name I will send this over to be checked for you.

Then i guess the answer is I no longer play 888 at all .

If multiple AV engines and people are seeing this, then it's a problem.

I will be closing my account

LOL, I have been getting the virus warning about 888 since 10 years ago , nothing new there.

It doesn't mean anything, some virus programs are slow to learn new installation files. If someone report 888 as a virus that could also give you false information.

I have been working in the IT business for 20 years, this is really nothing to worry about, you just need to make an exception for the installation file in your AV-program.

888 poker app for Apple Ipad / Android

I use the PokerApp on my ipad and also on my mobile with Android.

The problem is you can only play one game / have one window. The other problem is, that the tournament infos are not sufficient.

E.g. you can`t scroll the table with the stages/prices.

Is there planned an update in the future?

Since the last update my tournament hand history doesn't save. The folder remains empty. I reinstalled but it still doesn't work. I play on the swedish client. Any idea what it could be?

Do you mean click on the banner that changes on the top of the poker lobby? I do that when the Ultimate Cashback Spin promo appears, but it only shows me the promo in detail and the steps to get a spin, meaning, play poker, etc.

But there's no spin for me to cllick on.

One more question:

There's a $15000 SuperStorm MVOP Freeroll scheduled for August 16. The description also mentions it's for MVPs, but it doesn't say if it's based (I assume it is) on player's level, and if this is the case, what level is the minimum required to participate?

Hey there, I recently joined 888 after getting fed up with Poker Stars new software. (AWFUL). Anyways in the last couple of months I’ve been playing it has been pretty awesome, You see far less of these miraculous bad beats on the turn that you constantly see on Poker Stars, so good job 888!

However... the last couple of days I’ve seen something I have never seen before. I’ve lost over $75 American all in a row, playing many $.10 $1 blasts, a few $5 blasts and just now 2 of the $15 blasts

OK, So I totally get that after the timer goes it’s completely up to chance, So the fact that I was in the first place slot the majority of the time prior to being in “All-In” mode is completely irrelevant, and I do get that. This game is not really a game of skill it is basically A straight gamble and the only reason I played it was to complete a challenge. ( Otherwise wouldn’t waste my money) My challenge Was to win five Blast games at a minimum of one dollar. I now have spent nearly $100 AMERICAN ( I am in Canada so closer to $150 actually) and have not even completed the challenge.

TWENTY FIVE games in a ROW. I won ONE. Now I’m a pretty decent poker player, and although it’s mostly up to chance, this isn’t even Mathematically possible for the crappiest player out there. So I’m starting to become pretty curious about the algorithm here.


If anyone can explain to me how you can lose 25 games in a row, that would be great. Because I’m pretty much livid and ready to switch again. Thanks.

P.S) I do understand that this is more a game of chance than skill, and I am 100% not a bad loser when it comes to gambling. Gambling is a risk and I do know that, But There is a certain point when something like this would stand out And Become Noticeable....well it’s Very noticeable.


P.S.S I do have a recommendation. Most poker sites have something like this where there is a spin in the beginning that tells you what the prize is. Not a single one of them however have this thing where it suddenly turns into an All-In battle.I highly suggest getting rid of that because it’s pretty ridiculous Do you put in $15 or even some of the bigger bets like $100, Get your opponent down to 50 chips While you are holding 3000 Or whatever And then lose. Because A computer decided it.


This style of game is the only game that I still go to other poker sites to play on. It pretty much sucks. But if you get rid of that All-In I bet a lot of people would be happy!!

888 still beats Poker Stars by a 4 of a kind!! 👌😘

If you have even a single bit of sympathy with your money then do not play blast games or your bank will be doomed.
Blast games are for gamblers only.
Even I can give you 5% monthly return on your money if you invest me but not Blast.

I am not concerned about money. The key thing is why are you providing Table Tennis on 888 sports if you can not provide accurate data. I have deep trust in 888 brand and its offerings but how can I trust 888 sports if it continues to feed wrong data and taking our bets and resulting it into total loss.

I have attached few screenshots here of a table tennis game of today where 888 sport has provided live dual data continuously which resulted in a total loss.
Please correct the feeding in Table tennis games.

Nearly all the bonus freerolls have disappeared and now we will end up with less gold coins. Not so long ago you got $1 for 100 coins, then it went to 130.
888 are slowly making it an easy decision to play somewhere else...
