Double or Nothing

Hi,
I used to play your double or nothing tables regularly. I get it that other formats would make 888 money quicker, but for myself I have rarely played since they were discontinued. Formats like BLAST are ridiculous, but I get quick profit makers if you can get people to play them.
Are there any plans to bring back double or nothing tables, or do you have something similar I'm not seeing? pokerstars has added FiftyFifty Sit & Go's which are similar, but I preferred the 888 format.

Not sure as they may have some of them on the last weekend of the month.

Probably not as they would not have removed them in the first place but that doesn't mean they won't change their mind one day.

Hello dear 888rep.

Today i wanted to late reg the 200 $ freeroll at 23:00 european time with the App. The app lagged heavy and when i registered for the freeroll the tournament lobby suddenly changed to a 0.50 $ blast rebuy tournament and i was registered for that instead of the freeroll i planned to play

I really dont want to complain about 50 cents but i also really didnt wanted to register for that tourney. And this software bug/lag of the app forced me to play it.

Would be nice if you could look into it and give me a tourmament ticket or a refund for that value.

unfortunately the issue has not been sorted out because the support told me they did not found a 50 cent blast tournament in my playing history. this was a mistake by me, the software accidentilally registered me for a SNAP 50 cent rebuy tourney and not a blast.

can you please send this over again so they can find a solution for me. again: i wanted to register for a freeroll and suddenly the lobby lagged and changed to a 50 cent SNAP rebuy tournament and i was registered for that and not for the freeroll i wanted to register. this was a lag/glitch in the mobile app.

Lenovo ThinkPad e431 installer issue

Ok I have Lenovo ThinkPad running windows 10. It has 4 gigs of ram, and more than enough processing power. It is running windows defender as the anti virus. I am on a very sold wired connection pulling at least 50 MBps download. The issue I am having is when it tries to install it gets to around 10% and just loops back to the start of the install. I have disabled the antvirus and tried installing with no success.

I am currently using the instant play on the browser which i actually prefer the layout over the application, however the selection of.games is so limited and I can't understand why...for instance right now the 5.50 PKO is not available to register on the instant play, yet I can register on my phone, and than login on the browser and play...this seems very ass backward. I have been in contact with support over the last 3 weeks, however it takes them days to respond to a simple reply and its getting very frustrating as I had deposited to play and I am missing out on a a lot of games because of this. **(Username is DstnByfuglie)**

I have also played a lot of poker on this site and noticed it really going to downhill fast. I sure hope you can bring it back to what it used to be...

this has not been resolved. the support basically tells me they did not see any "anomallies" and want screenshots which i obv dont have because this happened in seconds. im done talking with them because everytime there is another person and you have to explain the whole situation again and they not seem to understand nothing. its a good lesson for me to never keep a lot of money on 888 poker because if lags/glitches like this happen, who knows for what the software will register me in the future that i dont want to play.
and all for a lousy 50 cents :icon_shak

As you are dealing with our4 support there is no point in me sending it over to them again.
Have you tried phoning them?
You can find the phone numbers in the help section of the cashier tab.

would be nice if you could find out if there is an unofficial way. why is this option no more available in the client, especially after all these complaints? the new software is horrible, its very difficult to multitable with other sites and i can not choose the place where i sit.
