Wow Miami +10 second half? Seems questionable considering buffalo has no offense. I couldn't play it as the line got bet down to 8.5 real fast and juiced on top of it.

Going to get on Jacksonville second half, that line is really low considering they have 300 yards, to the Bengals 100. They just haven't been efficient yet about scoring.

What a predicament... I could risk trying to hedge that parlay now in San Fran because the +6 on Washington is +247. If it won, obviously I'd win good odds, or it could push which means nothing. If San Fran beats thst, then it would keep the parlay alive... Bengals are about to score though... green bay is cruising... hmm... edit.. bet was frozen by the time I wrote that anyway. Guess I just gotta let it ride.

Ok... just hit the moment where nerves come in on a big parlay... 5 down, 4 to go. One of those remaining 4 is winning by 7... 2 of them don't play today. If the jags win by at least 2, I only have to pay attention to the saints game. I could hedge for 30 units at that point if needed, and still have over 60 units left if the hedge loses... what to do... what to do...

I'm strongly considering hedging now as opposed to during the game. Bears have their qb back, at home, with kamara out. I think the saints keep it within 14, but within 5 is unlikely. I'll watch the first series I suppose. I just want to maximize the return. We are talking thousands of dollars implied return now, so let's say it gets where only betting the bears live money line at say... -500 in game could cost me 2500 as opposed to hedging now, with a point of overlap at just -110. I don't mind being in this situation... but it's a tough one to be in situation wise.

Reasoning is after I saw who was in and out, I wanted to bet the game, but it started right then. Dallas at home, with most of its big players, in a must win against a depleted eagles team. Dallas gets the extra possessions, so easy bet to make.

I'm really hoping the Jets get the ball first and score. I don't want it to be a 24 to 7 type of game, I want the Jets to keep it within 2 scores so the pats keep pushing on offense. The reason for that is because the over would be infinitely harder to hedge if I need to hedge compared to just the game outcome. In a perfect world I'd love to see it being 27 to 17 (obviously I'd love it to be 42 to 0, but that won't happen) going into the 4th. The pats would still be playing serious in that scenario and rhe over wouldn't be in play anymore.

The parlay I kind of got greedy with. I didn't hedge until mid 3rd quarter, and only for 1500 profit at 36.5. I got lucky in a sick kind of way when the Jets muffed the punt and the over jumped to 40, which I saw as a free bet. So I bought out of my hedge for 3356 (was the rest of my roll on acr, where I made the parlay)because it couldn't lose, and the main parlay lose also. Both won because the Pats punted... for no reason... twice... inside the 30... so I didn't win the 10.5k, but I got a little under half of it. Still a bummer due to how it happened. Jets left 12 points in field goals on the table, Pats left 6 on the table just in the last 8 minutes. Jets punting on the pats side of the field losing by 33... a lot of weird stuff in the second half. Shouldn't be mad as I still won over 4k in just that game, and i went 31-5 this week combined in ncaaf and the nfl, but I won't lie, it stings a bit to lose that when 17 points were in the first quarter alone.

Definitely can't complain given the week I had, the last 2 weeks really. I knew the over was the weak link there, I even mentioned it prior to the game that I needed the Jets to score at least a few to keep the Pats offensive minded. When darnold said he was seeing ghosts, I knew it was over, then my hedge got in danger, and not due to skill or anything, I got really lucky and won both hedges. Let's face it though, I should have bought out when that over was 47.5 right after the Patriots 24th point. I got lucky in a unfortunate situation is how I look at it now.
