hi.
is there any good reason why on replay the mtt breaks start 2 minutes earlier then on other sites? on :53 while on all other sites its :55 the hour.
please fix this, it takes time away from my 5 minutes breaks. and its honestly just very unnecessary.
please fix also the replayer. it shows action with timebanks and takes forever to know what one wants to know. took me multiple minutes to watch a hand becausethere is no way to make the replayer quicker.

US players should have access, unless they're using a VPN in the countries that are temporarily blocked, or they were recently in those countries. Are you receiving reports from US players who can't access the site? Most of the US players who wrote in, I just need to reset their password, or they have to confirm that they're 18 or older when they login. Please have them write to support@replaypoker.com if they need further assistance.

I can't register for games as the site thinks that I'm under 18, as you can see below, I have checked yes both times but I get the message in red that I must be over 18.
My user name is Zorba.
After clicking continue I get the red message.

Can you please send us any error you're seeing and your internet service provider? Our Tech Team believes this might be related to some ISP and they want to confirm as Kazakhstan is not in the list of blocked countries. Please write to us at support@replaypoker.com if you're able to send us details.

The breaks are tied to blind level duration. At Replay, the break cannot start during a blind level. It is possible that the tournament you're playing has a 7 or 9 minute blind levels.
I agree our hand replayer is due for another update, and I prefer to have playback controls - specifically option to skip sections, fast forward, etc. I’m sharing this with the rest of the Team to let them know that more players are talking about this.

I just want to let you know that our Tech Team deployed a fix to this issue. If you still cannot get past the age confirmation, please clear your browser's cache, and also what Suns of Beaches recommended above, use another browser.

Hey Kristine <3 I hope all is well and things are going great in your transition to Casino.org. I was playing a hand and I had to press check, bet or fold before I could see what was dealt on the flop. It was really weird I saved the Hand # for you 
I have never had this happen in all the years I was playing on your site, but thought you should know. (in case it is on your end, not mine)
I also seem to have a hard time with loading different leagues. The yellow loading bar at the top of the window almost loads all the way and then it stops. I have left it running for over 30 mins and came back and it was still at the same point of progress. I have to close and reopen and try again before it works. Sometimes it takes a few times doing that to get results.

Hi wlad! It's easier to give the list of currently blocked countries that cannot access the site:
- Italy
- Poland
- Greece
- Slovakia
- Vietnam
- Azerbaijan
- Malaysia
- Colombia
I've been told by Replay staff that they are hoping to have the countries on the list above cleared and playing again in a month's time. So fingers crossed that all goes well, and we'll see them back at the tables soon!

Oh, yes! Absolutely everything is blocked. Sometimes I have to change the VPN! There is only one Telegram left. And even then, because of Durov's arrest, he can also be blocked!

When I have pre-registered for a tournament on the site and it is due to start, I get a dialogue box which tells me the event is about to start and there is an option to play now within the box. This I then click. However, before joining together with casino.org the tournament lobby appeared and I would click open table. Job done. Now, however, when I click play I get the image below appearing.
Just to say this is annoying and I am not sure whether it is Replay which has made this happen or casino.org.
Hope you can sort it out.

Yes, I see the yellow bar progressing on top whenever I click on private leagues, but it does load within a few seconds. Can you please let me know the specific CardsChat league you're trying to access?
