I have 2 questions regarding the daily Hand of the Day promotion:
1.First, how many times in a month do you have to complete the daily Hand of the Day challenge in order to qualify for the monthly Hand of the Day bonus reward? And where can I see my progress towards this number if I forget to keep track of how many times I've done it in a month?
2. Second, in order to win the daily hand of the day reward, what is the minimum amount of rake paid requirement do you have before a winning Hand of the Day qualifies to receive the daily reward? This point is an area of confusion because when I've asked this question of 888 Tech support staff via your "Contact Us" link on the 888 Website, they never answer this question.
On the Terms and Conditions page on your website, there is no mention that a minimum amount of rake fees need to be paid in order to qualify.

1. Look at the email invitin you to the promotion.
2. $0.02/$0.05 SB/BB is the lowest needed.
Ignore:
"Wagering Requirements: $1.5 contributed Rake/fees or $30 in casino bets for every $1 of the received bonus amount"
There is no wagering or rake requirement for hand of the day. It is paid in straight cash. The line is boilerplate for all promotions.
Number of times tracking to get the monthly payout. None.

SpaceMage, I appreciate you making an attempt to answer my questions but your answers here are almost certainly incorrect. There have been MANY days where I have won a hand post flop with the correct cards for that particular Hand of the Day but did not shortly thereafter receive my cash reward. Many hands later, presumably after paying a minimum amount of rake, when I again win a hand with the qualifying cards post flop I then finally receive my cash reward. There MUST BE some reason for this. I'm trying to get to the bottom of what that is.
As for qualifying to earn the monthly Hand of the Day reward, it isn't until I had won between 15-20 different Hands of the Day challenges that I was finally rewarded with the monthly reward - so your answer here of "None" is certainly incorrect.
Bottom line is that I would like 888Rep to answer these questions.
This may be correct but I'd like to have that confirmed by 888Rep to be sure.

Hello. I just logged in with my Ontario account for the first time, and they gave a bunch of tickets as a welcome bonus, but they all expire in 23 hours. There are not enough games even available to play to use all the tickets in 23 hours lol I already emailed support about that one, but I have a question..

So I am assuming that you are all being upgraded to be a regulated site but are having issues but all I can suggest is to keep trying to download and try and contact 888 via the support address that is given on the site.

I have downloaded, uninstalled and reinstalled - I can log in, my data is fine, I see my balance and my tickets, etc. - everything seems to work just fine, until I try to play - then I am not in Ontario, according to whatever you guys use to determine my location.
I have written to Support to see what they can suggest. I have no issues at all with anyone else determining I am in Ontario, just 888. Even ProLine Plus can find me in Ontario, so I can lose money betting on my Leafs.

Check your profile to make sure the address info is in the right place. My house number was listed in the line for street name and it could find me.

Hey, thanks for the tip! You are probably correct - I just moved (still in Ontario) but 888 has my old address.
According to Support, I cannot change my address in my profile until I can prove I live at my new location. So that is probably mixing things up.
I have to wait until my new DL arrives, or I have some kind of mail arrive in my name, upload that to 888, and wait until they approve it. That will likely solve the issue.
