Hi 888Rep,

I have two different questions/problems. I loved to play the 6-max turbo SNGs in the past with buy-in of $10 - $20, but they are not available anymore for me here in Germany although the same kind of games are still available for $5 buy-in.
Could you please check or let check for me, if this is really necessary for Germany or if it is just a bug/error?

The other thing is the free spin wheel. Since very long time already, over a half year or even more, I just won thes Spinner winner tickets and nothing else.
But at least I got them on my account. Then for a while it always looked, that I won some, but did not get them. Then it worked again for a while and now it is not working again since a while. Is it also a glitch?

I am not getting any of the ticket for getting level points,I was getting before 0.1$ blast tickets,1$ freeroll tickets I am not sure if that challenge expired or there is some kind of the error so I cant get that kind of the tickets anymore.

What, you used to get tickets? I haven't gotten anything since level 80 or so. Doesn't seem like 888 cares that much.

The late registration for tournaments is not working on the mobile application. As it is for now when a tournament has started it's not possible to late register eventhough the late registration is still open. The tournament simply does not show anymore after it started.

In filters there are no option to turn on and off late registration. You as a rep should know this. Anyway the Problem was only for one day, since yesterday everything is as normal.

I don't know about the mobile App but there is clearly a late registration filter button on the laptop client and that is what I was going by so my thinking was if it is/was on the mobile app also then you may have clicked it by mistake.

Why is this? Why can i not filter only for freerolls or 2 Dollar Tournaments? This question has been asked before here and on 2+2 but never there was any clear answer or change to this.

I just wanted to add here that 888 could do a lot better with the Ontario regulations than assuming that everyone with an Ontario telephone number lives there.

I can only claim this if logged on to the app on my laptop. Presumably an issue with the android app and some or all phone models? Seemed worth reporting. Thanks.

I can't download the application to my phone in any way, they say download the latest version of Windows, although I already have the latest version, I have to play in the browser from my phone, which is not very convenient

Just out of interest. Does Winner Spinner Wheel ever give you any winnings other than Winner Spinner Freeroll tickets? Some time ago there were at least every few times also other prizes. Currently I have the feeling that for months there is only the freeroll ticket.

No, I'm not complaining about winning, of course. I just noticed that there used to be "better" stuff more often. That's why I assume that the underlying probabilities were changed...
