quick question:
Why is 888 client crashing when I try to open my game history for tournaments??
I click onto my user id, open that screen with game history, and whatever I try to open tournament history 1st, my 888 client crash and close, so I have to re-login to the client.
So, if I open cash game or SNG game history, everything is fine and I can see it, but if I try to open Tournament history crashes.
Now, if I open cash game or SNG, and close it, then re-open tournaments history, it's working fine as it should.
Really strange.
Any idea?
Everything else works fine.

888 friday freeroll not in lobby

Hi new to the forum, been trying to find out why I couldn't see the tournament in the lobby today. Is there something more we should be doing e.g. joining it as a friends game with name and password? I dunno but some help would be appreciated

Did you try reinstalling the client?
If that doesn't clear it up then please ,ail support and they will advise you.

888 runaround end of the line furious... migrate this!!!

Hi, 888 has been running me around for weeks trying to recover my account. I am in Ontario, seems the site migrated some time ago and now wants new ID and facial recognition (ridiculous)... My account Makwadelic is inaccessible and my money is there; I was forced to open another account in Ontario to try and get 888 running. Now they want me to reply to dead end links, send more ID, and just generally screw me over going on 20 emails now. Please tell them to stop messing and restore my account and money. I filled all the ID requirements to get new account accessible in ON; they now want me to cancel that account and go through the whole process again to restore my original account. Just fix it please.

I have given them all the ID required THREE EFFING TIMES, called the support line, sent countless emails, and the buggers keep replying asking for more ID. Can you tell me why on 888 Ontario, I can join the Blast Leader board and place on it…but I’m not eligible to collect my winnings?

2 different days I didn’t get paid out and when I emailed the response back was sorry your not eligible for this prize. No explanation as to why.

I have two different questions/problems. I loved to play the 6-max turbo SNGs in the past with buy-in of $10 - $20, but they are not available anymore for me here in germany although the same kind of games are still available for $5 buy-in.
Could you please check or let check for me, if this is really necessary for Germany or if it is just a bug/error?

The other thing is the free spin wheel. Since very long time already, over a half year or even more, I just won thes Spinner winner tickets and nothing else.
But at least I got them on my account. Then for a while it always looked, that I won some, but did not get them. Then it worked again for a while and now it is not working again since a while. Is it also a glitch?

The replay was my account is no longer eligible for promotions. That this was a business decision. Please email them back if I’d like to know why.

It means that they took a business decision to not offer the 888 Poker client to residents of your country so that's the final answer I'm afraid.
