Hello good afternoon, I would like to know why when I uninstall the 888 from my computer the atahlo remains and as if that were not enough I click on the shortcut and the software opens normally as if I had not uninstalled it. That sounds bad, it's invasive it looks like a virus.

Delete the shotcut and put 888 in the computer search and delete everything you find then restart the computer and all should be gone.

Support wont answer, so i am hoping some gaming fellows can answer me here

What is the % for rolling on the fortune wheel (is it rigged to person?)
What is the % on hands of the day (is it rigged to person?)
What is the % on scratch cards (is it rigged to person?)

I've not had any of the casino scratch cards(I assume you mean those as the club scratchcards have been scraped).

The 'fortune wheel' is dependant on multiple factors. It is rigged but legitimately. The more you contribute to 888Poker profits the better the spins get. It is an incentive to play more and deposit more on the site.

The 'hands of the day' is dependant on the buy-in level you are playing I believe. It looks like you get a range of multiples of the buy-in as a payout (I don't know if that is the fact). In my experience the specific hand of the day comes up just as often as on any other day. You can play for over an hour to get the required number or you can be lucky and get the required number fairly quickly.

So your question of are they rigged, is yes. But rigged in a way that you understand.

The mechanics are detailed in the T&Cs. I do not believe anyone in the forum will be able to tell you the specific % on each game.

I suggest you to try log in with your Pacific Poker account. If it appears that the user don't exist, try to create a new account.

Hi!
I was playing a SNG and one player was offensive with other players (Russians and Belarusians). I looked for a place to report it but I couldn't find it.
I'd like to suggest an easy way to do this, like a button on the table window or something.
I think these things (to maintain a good and fair environment) should be easy.

Thanks. I tried to login but it wasn't succesful. I played the last games there more than 10 years ago. I tried to ask a new password but the mail haven't arrived.

are players from Austria still accepted?
Here on cardschat.com it says yes but german dowloadable client says location not available.
I am asking (next to obvious reasons) cause the Germans are no longer allowed in as far as I know but Austria should be no problem - is it a german-client-thing and is there a work-around?

One of the 888Poker ambassadors plays from austria, so you should be able to play.

I would advise you to contact 888Poker support to determine what platform you should be downloading and playing on.

This makes 3 straight weeks I haven't got the casino mix-up ticket.
When this happened in the past 888 would just give a ticket for next week, but we aren't even getting that now.

I'll be watching to see how many people enter the game tomorrow just to see how many did get tickets this week.

Yes it came very late. Normally they send it a lot more early. I wonder if it had to do with the post here but i doubt it.

did not receive a ticket to casino free mix up poker tournament e mailed supporp weeks ago and they agreed it was their fault passed to supervisor two weeks ago still no resolution or reply from 888

888Poker keeps fk'n up on my computer.... ever since an update ~4mos. ago. Also, my anti-virus keeps blocking it. I have to disable my A.V. when playing on 888Poker. (wtf?)
