A special KO event will feature new 888poker ambassador Chris Eubank Jr. at the final table!

The 888poker LIVE Weekend event is due to take place from 17 - 20 February at ‘The VIC —home to London’s longest-running – and most celebrated - poker room.

The weekend consists of two primary events –

The first event is a Chris Eubank Jr. KO 45-player Sit &Go. Players will battle it out for a seat at a 6-handed final table where Chris will take his seat as 888poker ambassador.
The event will feature a £10,000 prize pool in addition to a £10,000 bounty on Chris’ head!

The second event is a multi-flight £444 buy-in No-Limit Hold’em tournament.

Ace the slopes Promotion​

• • Subject to the above, in order to receive a Tournament Ticket(s) for the Green Run Freeroll granted under the Promotion, a player must complete one of the following daily challenge(s):
    • Tournaments Challenge: Play poker tournaments, including BLAST, with buy-ins totalling $5.
    • Sport Challenge: Place bets totalling $5 in sports events.
    • Casino Challenge: Place bets totalling $5 in casino games.
    • Cash games Challenge: Win a hand in cash games, including SNAP, with an ‘8’ hole card.
    • The player can get up to 3 tickets daily by completing any combination of the daily challenges.

Emailed support and they won't give me anymore tickets even though I completed the challenges and now they say:

Kindly take note that for 24 hours you can receive only one ticket per challenge completed even if you complete it for multiple times.

They gave me 6 tickets when I was supposed to receive 18 (3 per day for each challenge completed). Support asked me to send screenshots and I did. Still haven't received any tickets. It's been over a week now.

This almost always happens at 888 poker at the beginning of promotions and only over time everything starts to work. And the support team is very slow to respond.

This is not what the terms say and other people are able to get 3 tickets by doing the same challenge.

Terms say only 3 count/day:

• Player is limited to up to 3 daily challenges, to be counted towards the weekly challenge.

why did you guys change the payout of the sports bet freeroll to bonus money? that tournament is now completly worthless.

Same thing has been happening to me (except that I wasn't able to get my anti-virus to stop fk'n with it).

Why would something like this happen with 888Poker? I've NEVER had this happen with ANY of the other sites during one of their updates. I was actually hoping to play on 888 today but I haven't been able to.

That would be my first update, but I get an error code and it required to delete and re-install the whole thing again. Tried to delete it, but I get this:


And so far, even I used a friend link to register, I didn't get a 20$ bonus (is it a rake-bonus?) and a ticket as a new account.


Also our country's flag was not right as the colours were in the wrong order in the web client. So yeah, these things are pretty disappointing for a new member.
