I wish withdrawals only cost me $5.
A while back 888 switched it so my only withdrawal option was wire transfer (I can still deposit with VISA). While there is no fee from 888 my bank charges a flat rate of $15 Cdn. per transfer.
Do you receive the funds in US currency or does 888 convert it to CAD with their extra conversion rate/fee?

It is converted to Cdn. $ and at a rate that benefits 888.
On my first wire transfer I thought at first 888 was charging a fee until I looked into it. When 888 approves a withdrawal they give the total in Cdn. $ they are sending and every withdrawal I've made is always exactly $15 Cdn. less than that number by the time it makes it to my account, no matter the amount I withdraw.

I think they send it to you in the currency that you deposited with. In my case Canadian which they used a conversion rate that resulted in me losing 3.3% of the amount.

Since day one, years ago, I always made both deposits and withdrawals via VISA. Deposits were instant, withdrawals took 3-4 days. No muss, no fuss, no fees (apart from getting a bit screwed with exchange rates).
I can still deposit with VISA, but as of a couple of about 3 months ago my only withdrawal option now is wire transfer and I had to go into my bank to get all the info I needed. It took 2 weeks until I had the time and inclination to go to my bank.
I figure it would be the same annoying hassle to set up e-transfer so I'll just leave things as they are for now. At least it works smoothly

72 hours have passed and the challenge still not shows nor did i receive my tickets. why do you pretend that everything is alright when multiple people here and on 2+2 have stated that there is problems with the new promo and always have been in the past like some players receive the promo later than others? this freeroll where you get tickets for had a very low amount of participants, its obvious that something is wrong.

Well past 72 hours for me as well and still nothing.
I even tried the challenges again today and still nothing.
It has been like this for several promotions in a row now, whatever the problem is when they roll out a new promotion should have been fixed ages ago as it is the exact same thing every time.

Besides that didnt the previous promo also have such requirements like play with 5.- (in poker/casino/sports betting) or so? There these specific tickets arrived instantly after doing that not few days later lol ...

Just so you know 888rep, I am dealing with 888support right now and am being told to clear my cache and reinstall my poker client. This is not the solution and I don't understand why this is such a big deal to fix.

A different agent took over and now I have 3x freeroll tickets for the promotion. I will try doing the challenges to see if the promotion is working on my account now. Support says it isn't possible to tell through the challenges section.

The promo shenanigans seem to be widespread and systemic.

Hello! It's okay, I told them that I already had an account. They checked for 5 days, then they left the new account, the old one was blocked. Room 888 is now much better, the quality is good and so far everything is working well.
