this morning i have win a seat xl-winter-tune up it on 23 i think i did receive ticket or mail like my black run ticket or kamikaze can you helpme i am a noob :)
You are probably already registered in the game that you won the ticket for.

I just wanted to give you a heads up that the banner in the 888 client for the Ace the Slopes promotion seems to link players to their Challenges screen. Unfortunately the promotion doesn't show up in the Challenges screen, so this is completely useless. Not only is the promotion not working at all for many people but the banner also doesn't link to the promotion's description. The terms and conditions link also doesn't work if one does actually dig up a description of the promotion from the 888 magazine articles.

Yes, I've had the same experience. I told the 888Rep over on Two Plus Two about the promo's technical issues (complete with screenshots) on Jan. 15th. Even the website links are still broken:

The first time I was able to read the terms & conditions was when the 888Rep posted them on that forum after I asked. Thus far, and for reasons unknown, 888poker can't/won't/ is unable to fix these mistakes. :confused:

Communicating to the players what is actually happening along with a time frame for repairs and compensation would go a long way.

Ace the slopes Promotion
The following are the terms and conditions of the "Freeroll Splash Party" (the "Promotion") for www.888poker.com (the “Site”). If you play or register with the Site in the UK, the Promotion is organized by 888 UK Limited. Otherwise, the Promotion is organized by the company defined in the User Agreement applicable to you.
The Promotion shall commence on 12/01/22 and shall conclude on 12/04/22 (the “Promotion Period”).

  • General

  • The Promotion

      • Green Run Freeroll - running 3 times daily from Monday to Saturday
      • Red Run Freeroll - running 1 times every Sunday
      • Black Run Freeroll - Running on 12/02/22, 12/03/22 and 12/04/22.
    • Subject to the above, in order to receive a Tournament Ticket(s) for the Green Run Freeroll granted under the Promotion, a player must complete one of the following daily challenge(s):
      • Tournaments Challenge: Play poker tournaments, including BLAST, with buy-ins totalling $5.
      • Sport Challenge: Place bets totalling $5 in sports events.
      • Casino Challenge: Place bets totalling $5 in casino games.
      • Cash games Challenge: Win a hand in cash games, including SNAP, with an ‘8’ hole card.
      • The player can get up to 3 tickets daily by completing any combination of the daily challenges.
    • Subject to the above, in order to receive 1 Tournament Ticket(s) for the Red Run Freeroll granted under the Promotion, a player must complete 9 or more challenges in one week (Mon-Sun):
      • Tournaments Challenge: play poker tournaments, including BLAST, with buy-ins totalling $5.
      • Sport Challenge: Place bets totalling $5 in sports events.
      • Casino Challenge: Place bets totalling $5 in casino games.
      • Cash games Challenge: Win a hand in cash games, including SNAP, with an ‘8‘ hole card.
      • The player can get up to 2 tickets weekly by completing any combination of the daily challenges.
      • Player is limited to up to 3 daily challenges, to be counted towards the weekly challenge.
    • Subject to the above, in order to receive 1 Tournament Ticket(s) for the Black Run Freeroll granted under the Promotion, a player must complete 1 throughout each month of promotion period. The calculation will be according to the below period: 12/01/22 and 11/02/22 ,12/02/22 and 11/03/22 , 12/03/22 and 11/04/22:
      • Win 100 hands in any poker games within one month
      • Complete 3 or more tournaments (Not incl. BLAST & Freeroll), in the money, within one calendar month.
    • Rebuys do not count towards the Tournaments Challenge.
    • Sport bets must be placed with min. odds of ½ (1.5) or greater in order to apply for the Sport Challenge.
    • Only cash games with minimum stakes of 1¢ - 2¢ or higher apply for the Cash games challenge.
    • While playing cash games with the above stakes, only hands that reach post flop will count towards the challenge completion.
    • 'Win a Hand' is considered to be when a round is won, regardless of whether it is split with another player or if it is won with a side pot.
    • Players can complete up to 3 daily challenges per day.
    • Days are counted from 00:00 GMT to 23:59 GMT.
  • ClaimIn order to receive the Tournament Ticket(s) granted under the Promotion, you must respond to the claim email sent by 888poker, by clicking on the relevant link within such email within 7 days of 888poker sending the claim email to you. If you do not click the relevant link with such time frame, your right to receive the Tournament Ticket(s) shall automatically expire.
  • Tournament Tickets
    • The Tournament Ticket(s) granted under the Promotion must be used by:
      • Green Run Freeroll (Daily): will expired within 7 days.
      • All Tournament tickets granted under this promotion will expire by the end of the Promotion Period. Any unused Tournament Ticket(s) will expire if not used within such time period
    • All Tournament Ticket can’t be used by a player to rebuy chips or to add chips to his/her stack during a tournament.
    • Tournament Tickets may not be:(i) exchanged or converted into cash; (ii) joined together to create a higher value ticket; or (iii) transferred by a player to another player.

  • Bonus prize
    • Immediate bonuses awarded during the Promotion may be withdrawn only after a player has accumulated 3 Bonus Points for every $1 of the received bonus amount within 30 days of being granted. Any unused bonus will be removed from the account thereafter.
    • If you place a wager on casino games using an ‘immediate bonus” and win you will receive, depending on your account currency, up to a maximum of $500 in winnings. If your winnings exceed $500 you will only receive $500. Such limitation on your winnings shall not apply to verified progressive jackpot winnings derived from the free spins.
    • Any winnings generated from bonus money, whether in whole or in part, shall be paid to the winning player as follows:(i)a payment to the player's real bankroll up to the bet amount that was funded from real money;(ii)a payment to the player's 'bonus wallet' up to the original bonus amount used to fund the bet or up to the amount that was in the player's 'bonus wallet' prior to funding the bet, whichever is greater; and (iii)a payment of remaining winnings to the player's real bankroll if associated with poker games or to the 'bonus wallet' if the general bonus was played in casino games.
    • Wagering bonus granted under the Promotion on all casino games contributes towards the wagering requirement but certain games contribute greater amounts than others. The following is a list of contributions towards wagering requirements for each individual game type:

    • Wager $500 on Video Slots, the entire $500 (100%) contributes towards the wagering requirements.
    • Wager $500 on Roulette, $50 (10%) contributes towards the wagering requirements.
    • The bonus granted under the Promotion is valid for selected games only, when playing Casino.
    • Cash bonuses awarded during the Promotion may be withdrawn immediately with no wagering requirements.
  • First Time Deposit Offer:
    • You may only participate in the Promotion, if you have registered with the Site and have yet to deposit any real money in your account with the Site.
    • If you have already made a first deposit or previously had an account with any site owned or operated by an entity within the 888 group of companies, you shall not be entitled to participate in the Promotion.
    • To be eligible for any bonus included as part of this FTD Offer, you must open a new 888poker account and make a first deposit equal to or greater than the minimum required deposit.
    • You can make deposits following your initial deposit in order to reach certain bonus levels, however only the initial deposit amount shall be considered in relation to awarding the FTD Offer bonus.
    • If you benefit from this FTD Offer you will not be eligible to benefit from any other first deposit bonus promotions with the Site. If you have benefited from another first deposit offer with the Site you are not eligible to benefit from this FTD Offer.

Ski Package:

  • The Ski package expiration date is 1 year from the winning date.
  • All accommodation must be arranged exclusively through the “Main Event Travel” company (hereafter termed the “MET”). You will be contacted by MET approximately 10 days after you qualify in order to make your accommodation arrangements. After MET have contacted you, 3,000 will be credited to a MET account created under your name using your 888poker account email address. You will then be able to visit their website https://www.maineventtravel.com/ and register using the same email address associated with your 888poker account and select your accommodation.
  • The Winner cannot redeem the Prize Package for cash or transfer the Prize Package in any way.
  • If the Winner is unable to attend to ski vacation (for any reason), the monetary value of the Prize Package will not be paid to the Winner, nor will he/she be entitled to receive any part of the Prize Package.
  • To participate in the Event, Winner will be required to sign 888poker standard LOU.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for changing flights, accommodation, and anything else relating to the itinerary after the Winner has chosen his/her travel arrangements.
  • All players must show proof that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 upon first registration in order to be eligible to use the ski package. All participants must have received their final vaccine dose 14 days prior to the ski vacation date .
  • The Promoter and any/all other of its affiliated companies are not liable for any damage, loss, expenses (including traveling and accommodation), accident, injury and/or inconvenience arising in any way that may be suffered by, or caused to any Winner, his/her properties arising out of their participation in the Event or any Event-related activities, including without limitation in connection with any COVID-19 restrictions imposed by local government authority or health agency applicable with respect to the traveling from or to the Event destination, whether connected to quarantine restrictions, entry\ departure restrictions, or otherwise.
  • THE WINNER MUST BE IN POSSESSION OF A VALID PASSPORT FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS BEYOND THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT AND THE WINNER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING ANY VISA (IF REQUIRED) AND/OR ESTA (IF REQUIRED) TO TRAVEL TO ROMANIA. THE COMPANY ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE WINNER BEING UNABLE TO TRAVEL DUE TO LACK OF APPROPRIATE TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION AND THE MONETARY VALUE OF THE PRIZE WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.
  • If a player’s account with the Website has been closed or self-excluded at any time up until the Event takes place, he/she will not be eligible for receiving the prize, and the monetary value of the prize will not be reimbursed.
  • By entering the Event, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Company, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any damages whatsoever arising out of this Event or the awarding or use of the tickets.
  • The Winner may be required to complete, and sign, an insurance waiver with any third-party vendor providing services in relation to the tickets, or the Company, prior to being allowed to take up the Prize. The Winner may also be required by the Company, or by any third-party vendor providing services in relation to the Prize, to sign further documents before delivery of the Prize
  • These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
  • The Company may alter these terms and conditions, including without limitation, where required for security reasons, as a result of exceptional circumstances beyond the Company's control, or as a result of changes to applicable law or regulation. If the Company makes any material changes to these terms and conditions, it will give the Winner reasonable notice of the changes.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the Prize from the Winner, without monetary compensation, if the Winner is under any investigation or his/her account with the Website is closed/blocked.
  • Any provisions herein which by their nature are required to survive termination or expiration of this Event in order to achieve their purpose shall so survive until it shall no longer be necessary for them to survive in order to achieve that purpose.

So the promotion is still not working. I am pitching an idea to support to hand out a week's worth of tickets (in advance) to players who are not receiving them, if they appear to be completing the required challenges daily. Will see if they will do this or not..

I just thought I'd ask if there is any update on when the new promotion will be fixed so those of us who have been shut out since it started can participate?

I've had problems at the beginning of several other recent promotions, but those all got straightened out in 1 to 2 weeks.

I haven't got the email invite, but I did try the challenges several times since the promotion started with no luck.

Promotion still not working for those affected. Support not willing to advance any tickets and still keeping to the 72 hour delay to award tickets. I guess I will be missing another red run game today.

I was able to get Green tickets by emailing support in the beginning, but they haven't responded to me in a few days, so I don't have any more tickets and I've missed several Green freerolls.

No you have to show them proof of the challenge you completed and that 72 hours has passed since it was done.

I qualified for three tickets but it took 13 emails, 6 screenshots, a pdf of their own email, and constantly informing and correcting Support's misinformation. Eight days after I initially completed the challenges, my account was finally credited the freeroll tickets.

I was glad I to get the tickets, but they aren't worth the effort it took to participate in 888's promotion. It was an exercise in frustration and patience. I won't be doing that again.

Oh now I understand why I get no reaction of 888 support, I sent only 3 emails in the meantime. It seems, there is much more work necessary to recieve a ticket, but I will make no efforts anymore. This is not the way a promotion should run, I would fire the whole 888 marketing staff...

I just registered to 888 through a friend's link. I have to ask how can I claim to the bonus we have, or claim that 88$ first registation bonus? Is it possible they didn't awarded instant as my account is done?

Edited: Sorry for my dumbness, I could see now 88$ bonus, it was only showned on my e-mail. I can't see the other one as I registered through a friend's link. Maybe anyone in these shoes, or Support team can check it to be sure I used the right link?

They gave me 6 tickets when I was supposed to receive 18 (3 per day for each challenge completed). Support asked me to send screenshots and I did. Still haven't received any tickets. It's been over a week now.

There were problems with 888, they were processed in technical support for help, they helped.
