As 888poker celebrates 20 years of serving our players, we are proud to announce the return of the Millions Superstorm series.
Starting 13 February, players can get swept up in the eye of the perfect storm at the 888poker Millions Superstorm poker tables.
With over $2,000,000 GTD, and $1,000,000 Main event
The majority of the tournaments will be multi-flights during the series - Day 1’s will run every day, with Day 2’s happening on Sunday – except for the Main Event.
Week 1 (13/2 – 20/2, Day 2 on Sunday)

• Buy-in $109 - $200K GTD
• Buy in $11 - $50K GTD

Week 2 (20/2 – 27/2, Day 2 on Sunday)

• Buy-in $215 - $300K GTD
• Buy-in $33 - $100K GTD

Week 3 (27/2 – 7/3, Day 2 on Monday)*

• Buy-in $1,050 – $1M GTD Main Event

*Flights for the Main Event will also take place on prior Sundays of the series. Day 2 of the ME is on 7/3, with the final table live-streamed on 8/3.

This is great but when will they be addressing the stuff happening from the most recent update? Like many others, I'm unable to log in to my account. I'm also not able to re-install the software without my anti-virus stopping it. And when I do disable my antivirus, I'm able to play on the site but after I close out the site, the desktop icon disappears & I need to repeat the entire procedure again, just to log back in and play a few hands. (have to disable antivirus, re-install software, etc.).

Another thing, when trying to download the poker client, it's difficult to even find where the Download is (you can click on 'register' or whatever it is, but it doesn't take you to the download right away). What is so difficult about having a spot on the main page where someone can actually download it to play poker

Strange thing for me, it was just this week that I thought I would like to play more poker at 888... it was actually after watching some guy on Twitch who's doing a bankroll challenge on there (attempting to get his account up to $1,000 & is currently playing 10nl SNAP tables). When this guy is streaming, there's a lot more traffic on the site & it is what drew me to play on it (I don't have much money on 888, so I thought "Hey, perhaps I can do something similar when not playing my regular games on other sites."). Unfortunately I keep meeting with roadblocks keeping me from being able to play as much or as often as I'd like.

I understand your frustrations but we have no power over peoples anti virus so maybe change your supplier is all I can suggest.

I am at level 31. For the last week or so I haven't seen any level 10,20,or 30 freerolls as well as the level up freerolls. Anyone else have this and have any idea why. All I see is level 60 and 80. I couldn't see how to ask customer service on the site. If its the question mark at the top all I get is a black screen.

That 250 level up game has gone as we had a shake up with our freerolls as shown below.

We now offer a daily $640 Level 20+ Freeroll instead of a weekly $500 Level 20+ Freeroll to replace the daily FRs removed

And a weekly $5,450 Level 40+ Freeroll instead of the weekly $2,000 Level 40+ Freeroll

That would be my first update, but I get an error code and it required to delete and re-install the whole thing again. Tried to delete it, but I get this:

And so far, even I used a friend link to register, I didn't get a 20$ bonus (is it a rake-bonus?) and a ticket as a new account.

Also our country's flag was not right as the colours were in the wrong order in the web client. So yeah, these things are pretty disappointing for a new member.

I understand your frustrations but we have no power over peoples anti virus so maybe change your supplier is all I can suggest.

My av is McAfee which is provided to me by my internet provider for free which happens to be the most used internet provider in B.C. canada, as well as having the fastest speeds. Oddly I have NO problems with ANY of the 9 other online poker sites I currently play on and I didn't have a problem with 888 either until the recent update there.

So you're suggesting now I should just purchase another av (just for when I'm playing on 888), so that I can continue being a customer on 888? It might be easier for me to just withdrawal my balance, not put in the extra play as planned & put it on one of the other sites instead.

I use that company also and have no issues with it but some players use dodgy ones which causes them issues.
All I can advise you to do is to mail support@888poker.com and hopefully they can advise you.

Just uninstall McAfee , I am on AVG free version, and when that 888 warning came I made an exception for the file and the installation completed.

You can also disable the antivirus program, and enable it when 888 are installed.

I've won tons of hands with an 8 or 88 as my hole cards since the promo started and I'm not getting my tickets. I didn't realize that was one of the challenges. I wrote in and they want proof. How am I supposed to do that?
I've got 4 black run tickets (used 2 already) but that's all I'm getting..

For some reason in the mobile App it is impossible to claim the hand of the day reward. The button doesn't work. Surely this is by accident???? Could we please have the reward automatically credited when we hit the hand of the day?

888poker has transformed a lot of the freerolls from cash to tickets/seats over the past months.

All the tickets/seats are for the high value tournaments where there is a prize pool is as low as two. As those freerolls had a prize pool of a thousand before the change, so it gave those players at the lower end of the skills level something to play for. Now those freerolls are virtually impossible to cash out of by the recreational players. leaving the prize pool for the professional players on the platform.

Is there any chance that some of the freerolls can payout a mixture of $5.50, $4.40, $3.30, $2.20, $1.00, and $0.10 MTT tickets. And possible $1.00 and $0.10 Blast tickets.

It looks like the gift-drop mechanism has stopped working again. As well as the winner spinner and sports bet ticket mechanism which were fixed yesterday.

Has anyone had any gift-drops yesterday or today?

Yes, I totally agree I've noticed a reduction in the number of players in most of the freerolls changed from cash payout.

888poker should change the changed freerolls to be more attractive to more players.

I was in the same situation.

I normally check during the previous Friday but forgot last week.
Pity, there might have been a slim chance to get the ticket if I contacted customer support. But if you're saying that only three participates turned up that would have been a waste of time and hassle for nothing.

I wish they'd extend the expiration from two days to thirty days for these tickets.

Anyone having trouble with the winner spinner tonight.

It is taking a long time to o from activation to the wheel coming up.
When you spin the wheel the ticket is not being credited to your account.
I had to spin multiple times to get the tickets to be credited to my account.
First time I got two blast tickets. I eventually got a blast ticket plus a winner spinner ticket.

I don't know if it is worth the contacting customer support to get the second one changed to a blast ticket.

Yes, I was a bit disappointed. The casino mix-up tournament is one of my main Saturday freerolls. Great tournament.

As you said I hope they don't scrap this tournament and the depositors freeroll. Both are fine tournaments.
