Okay so what I'm discovering is... the 'bonus' is money that was transferred to me via player-to-player. I had no clue that I'd need to rake a ton of $$'s to clear it... basically making it nobody's money until I play a TON!

I have $158 'bonus' in my account. If I'm not mistaken I need to earn 1 pt. for each $1 in my 'bonus' in order to clear it. $1 rake = 2pts.
So at an average rake of 10% in tourneys... I am needing to play ~$800 in tourneys before that money is mine.

Obviously I wish I knew this prior to accepting a p2p transfer on 888Poker site. I mean it makes no sense for me at all. I could just have easily deposited from a credit card and then wouldn't need to rake a single dollar.

I rarely play tournaments on 888Poker & any cash game volume is micro stakes & minimal. It is going to take me a veryyyy longggg time to clear that transferred money (errr.. ahem 'bonus' ).

Another problem I have with this is actually keeping track of how much rake (pts.) I'm actually acquiring. I cannot see any indicator/ marker of my 'pts.' aside from the ones listed in 888 Club poker.... but those pts. are 100pts. = $1 rake and are displayed in increments of 400, 500, 800, etc., at a time. I don't see any tally of those pts. added up together so that I can follow my progress of how many pts. I'm acquiring so that I can even follow my total rake on the site.

What is intended for me.. 'the customer'. Do I just blindly play... continue to very slowly plug away at my 'bonus', not even ever seeing it change or get smaller (it actually seems to get bigger.... what the heck is that?) and no way to keep track of what my TOTAL PTS. are.

ALL of the other sites I play on have this stuff written out very clearly. They don't have two different types of pts. that are valued differently (ie. player pts., club pts. like on 888) and there's a VERY CLEAR way of keeping track of them on other sites.
Pokerstars, Partypoker, GGPoker, BlackChip Poker, ACR, ... even Titan Poker. On all of those sites I can look at a number or a progress bar with a number and it is very simple.

Can I do this on 888? Is there a way I can actually view my player pts.? Because I cannot find it

I have now sent a couple of emails and have not yet received a reply.
It is obvious by a couple of subsequent posts to mine here on this thread that other Windows 7 users are also having issue with the latest update.
What information have you been privy to from the 888 management and technical team?

This "wheel of fortune"Winner Spinnner is manipulated anyway. I spin every time I am allowed to and get a freeroll ticket every time. If you turn a real "wheel of fortune" with 9 fields, how often do you manage to get the same price 50 times in a row? What 888 is offering is just ridiculous!

Right. But anyway, I manage to raise some money at these tournaments ! And then I play them in normal tournaments ! What to do I am unemployed and without benefits, I am 60 years old and for me now poker is the only source of income !!! :dontknow:

After the update, my wheel of luck doesn't work ! It's been a few days now . But they write to me that I have already turned the wheel of luck and this is every day ! It's a shame !!!

If players send them all the relevent details along with their user name it can be sorted quickly. As you can see in this topic most of my posts are asking for poker user names which wastes a lot of time. Plus players don't read the terms of the new promotions and when they end.

I just noticed in client that my birth date is off. Not whole thing, but just one number in "day" (+-/++/++++). Numbers are close on numpad, so I think I missed while registering
Can you help me with best way to fix this? I'm hesitant to use default "e-mail support" route because I've read that it takes lots of time and they can overreact in "security/ID" areas (some messages in this thread confirm it).
I have selfie with passport and ID document scan. Just want to avoid mistyped DoB misunderstandings in the future and to avoid "locked till proof" e-mail exchanges that can take weeks.
