Hello 888Rep!
I just noticed in client that my birth date is off. Not whole thing, but just one number in "day" (+-/++/++++). Numbers are close on numpad, so I think I missed while registering :D
Can you help me with best way to fix this? I'm hesitant to use default "e-mail support" route because I've read that it takes lots of time and they can overreact in "security/ID" areas (some messages in this thread confirm it).
I have selfie with passport and ID document scan. Just want to avoid mistyped DoB misunderstandings in the future and to avoid "locked till proof" e-mail exchanges that can take weeks.

Did not receive seats I won

I’ve already contacted support last week but I have not heard back (supposed to be within 48 hours)

I played and won seats in the $5.50 PKO 5seat GTD and the $44 mini grand slam 5seat GTD and did not receive tickets or entry to the target games 175035981 and 175020577

The games did not even show in the lobby, maybe they were past late reg or over by then? :confused:
Either way I would like to be credited with money or tickets that I can use.

I registered with my mobile phone for 2 tourneys that are running at the same time, actually right now as I am writing this. When I log in with "no download" (browser version) only one table opens for me. when I logged back with my mobile phone I see both tables. Can you please fix this?

I have deposited only on visa. Last week they needed to verify my ID, so I sent all the documents. Just in case I send copy of my driver license, utility bill and visa. They were approved last wednesday. After that I have send multiple emails where I ask what is going on. In the cashier, withrawal history shows that I withdrawed 1600$ and they paid me 151$ and it is still "in process" status. Support don't answer my questions, they send me one email where they said "hope your problem is solved but if not, contact us again". How many times I have to explain same thing over and over before I get an answer? This take too long in my opinion to get my money or even answer from them. My alias is Alfredini13


Hi Karponaari! If you don't mind, would you be kind and take the time and come to explain to us here in Cardchats how this "episode" ended? What turned out to be the problem and how did it end after all? Did you get your money? Did you get it all at once or did you get it in bits or how? This is very interesting to all of us and would most probably help us. I asked the 888 rep. to explain this kind of cases what happened there but they state they are not allowed to do so. Thanks a lot and I hope you get your case solved properly soon.

Of course I am not suggesting you would expose any data here. But I believe it would be found valuable information by many to be able to know if the issue was as alarming as it was presented here and if it was really handled and solved properly. Of course, even better if the customer would return to tell himself or herself I think it would be found even more reliable and trustworthy by others. You do understand that if some one comes here and says "I withdrew $1600 and received only $155" it kind of leaves us with a funny feeling? Also, another person trying to withdraw a smaller amount, and when things did not work tried to contact repeatedly the customer service with the end result of having his 888 account closed after being a member for 12 years! I am sure many would find it interesting to know if there people were just scammed or there was some understandable reason and solution to these cases.

But: "Your poker name, please".


No comments on this one? Why could you not explain things at a general level without exposing any information that already has been exposed. For example: This player received only this much because.... ??? Why don't you want to make yourself look like honest and something that can be trusted?

I sometimes have such a thing that if the time at the table is over, I go to the status of out of the game, but after I click back to the table, my cards are reset and the status is out of the game again, I click the back button, but the cards are reset again. And on top of everything else, you don't have a take a seat button if the tournament was accidentally closed, you have to close the poker room and open it again to return to the tables. This is a rather unpleasant situation, especially if it happens when the blinds are very high, as I will not have any chips left until I re-enter. I have two questions, 1 Why does it happen that the cards are discarded even though you clicked 10 times to return to the game. and 2 how did it happen that you don't have a button to take a seat if you accidentally closed the table?

I don't fully understand your issues but if you want to find MY TOURNAMENTS then click on the icon above your name at the top lefthand corner of the poker lobby and a menu will appear and you will find it there. There is another menu at the rghthand side where you will find the settings if you don't know.

Проблема со входом в 888

I can’t enter 888poker.
I am from Kazakhstan, Windows 7 OS.
How can you enter a poker client on a computer, who knows?
Maybe you need to download something to install?

There is another menu at the rghthand side where you will find the settings if you don't know.

This is very inconvenient, why in the lobi tournament I can't sit at my table.

The second thing I asked about, if the game runs out of time and I'm out of the game, then I can't go back to the game in any way, even though I click on the back to the game button. Only after restarting everything works fine. This happens once a day or more.

When you click on MY TOURNAMENTS you will see any current games that you are playing.

Yes, I figured out how to find closed tournaments, thank you. But you didn't answer the second question. Imagine that you are playing in a tournament, your turn has started counting down the time you did not have time to call or fold your cards are discarded and you are now out of the game, you press the back to the table button but when it is your turn to make a move your cards are discarded and you are out of the game again and so on indefinitely until you restart the poker client. Or do you think this behavior is normal?

The "seat me" button was removed with the latest software update. I also kind of miss it, so perhaps 888 rep can send over a request to have this back with a future update? :)

That is because you have too many Apps opened on your computer at the same time. Maybe you have another poker site opened at the same time plus playing music etc and that puts pressure on the apps and this is the problem.
Try it first with just 888poker opened and then see what happens when you open more apps.

When i play on my iphone i often see no blinds on my screen. I see who is the dealer so i know who should have the SB en BB, but i donot see the how much the blinds are. Is this a known problem?

That is because you have too many apps opened on your computer at the same time. Maybe you have another poker site opened at the same time plus playing music etc and that puts pressure on the apps and this is the problem.
Try it first with just 888poker opened and then see what happens when you open more apps.
