888 Sunday $10,000 New App Weekly

Guys, i play from my smartphone, but i didn't have this freeroll in my lobby. I have looked through the entire list of tournaments several times. Earlier i had $ 20,000 in the lobby...

Do you currently have a $ 10,000 freeroll in the lobby for next Sunday?

No but at the same starting time there is some 5k gift drops freeroll.
Strange, but i don't see them in the my lobby either...
Something the room deprived (disadvantaged) me ))

Someone else in the lobby didn't have a $ 10,000 freeroll at Sunday?

P.S. I even made a deposit less than 2 weeks ago. And didn't get a ticket to the depositors freeroll...

I have played on 888poker over 7 years now and I never had an issue with withdrawals. But now I withdrawed 1600$ on sunday 3.1.2021 and received 151$ on friday 8.1.2021. I contacted support and they tell me that they answer me with in 72h. Now it's been over 90h and no answer yet. Has this happened somebody before because this is strange that they pay 1/10 of the total withdraw? I can't think any explanation where the rest of the money went

I just downloaded the 888 software for Mac, it opens and has a window saying loading before a pop up window appears with the message: oops, something went wrong, please try again later.

Any ideas?

I have played on 888poker over 7 years now and I never had an issue with withdrawals. But now I withdrawed 1600$ on sunday 3.1.2021 and received 151$ on friday 8.1.2021. I contacted support and they tell me that they answer me with in 72h. Now it's been over 90h and no answer yet. Has this happened somebody before because this is strange that they pay 1/10 of the total withdraw? I can't think any explanation where the rest of the money went

Thanks, It seems this is happening again. I played two happy hour free rolls yesterday , see attached pic. I set it in GMT time so there is no ambiguity.

Now that I am expecting a message with the " claim " button, I am not getting any messages at all. However otherwise they pop up every single time. Now every time I log in , nothing. I just tried again a fresh reboot , made certain VPN was off, etc. I even took a video as evidence. NO message.

I expect it will pop up Thursday and give me an expired message again, so I want to document it here.

Customer service still hasn't gotten back to me about my follow up issues, sent last Thursday and then again Sunday, in reply to their first response.

They gave me the ticket but made it sound like it was my fault and extra gracious of them by saying they granted it only "In good faith" .

So just in case they don't have faith in me this time, I want to make certain it is documented. I will post the video if need be. Meanwhile I will try to keep logging in several times at least over then next 24 hours...


edit ... I just took another video, tried logging in twice again. Once I did get the spin the wheel message again, that's it. Tried the Mobile (Android) App, nothing, tried PC app again , and again the spin the wheel message popped up, that's it.

regarding the stolen £50 and you need me to give you a date of when it was stolen by 888casino, you cant even check on the casino when it was stolen/lost. there are no records to view. so how am i ment to know.
edit: gone through gaming history and i cannot find the transaction this is the last date of the transactions i can look at from my end https://gyazo.com/6b486acf3419026a958edb7bc6e8d425 and it must be later than this.
edit: also its a bit of a coincidence that none of these blackjack games i was playing are not available right now just proves something was wrong with them not paying..

Darn, I think I got taken again. I noticed today the Happy Hour isn't being advertised anymore, and I see now it ended on Sunday Jan. 10 . I believe it was still being advertised on Monday when I played . I always checked again before playing to make sure the hours weren't changed.

I don't trust 888 poker's support at all.

As title above, I don't trust their support. I've have several issue due to my verification. I've sent emails more than 5 times and phone them several times. They promised me to reply within 5 days. But it never happened.
I haven't got any reply mail 10 days after promised date.
all I receive is PR mails.

There are so much questions in this thread that make 888poker look a really fishy thing. In my mind for example how the $88 bonus is communicated does not help at all to trust the site. One way how you could try to build trust is if we could read how all these really disturbing looking cases ended up. Why do you have to keep them hidden? If people choose to bring their issues up here in a public forum I am sure they do not mind having you answer in public either. Or is there a reason why all these cases are handled secretly?
If a member here asked you to answer his/her case to be answered here in the forum would you respect that? I would not mind other members also learning from my cases.

Of course I am not suggesting you would expose any data here. But I believe it would be found valuable information by many to be able to know if the issue was as alarming as it was presented here and if it was really handled and solved properly. Of course, even better if the customer would return to tell himself or herself I think it would be found even more reliable and trustworthy by others. You do understand that if some one comes here and says "I withdrew $1600 and received only $155" it kind of leaves us with a funny feeling? Also, another person trying to withdraw a smaller amount, and when things did not work tried to contact repeatedly the customer service with the end result of having his 888 account closed after being a member for 12 years! I am sure many would find it interesting to know if there people were just scammed or there was some understandable reason and solution to these cases.

But: "Your poker name, please".

When I try to go to "My account" I get this "Welcome to the club" popup which I can not close. It has a X button to close the popup but the whole thing is dimmed and does not allow me to close it.

Thanks for your effort. But one thing I have to tell you that compare the three, porkerstars, yours and GG porker, yours support is the one of worst. GG is much beuer through my experience. Sorry for saying this . But this is true. I can't recommend it to any my trusted friends, if your people are keeping this kind of services.

Please keep us informed when you receive the money and the explanation why you only received 10% of your money. Thanks.
