I played a happy hour Blast 5$ on Monday, one of the rare chances I get to play at that time on a work day. I did play the week before and the free Happy Hour tix popped up in messages, you have to push the "claim now" button.
This week the message never popped up . I reloaded several times to be sure during the next days . I contacted customer support Wednesday about it.
Finally on Thursday the message did pop up, and when I pressed the claim now button, it immediately popped up the red text to say the offer expired.
I sent this in to customer support as well, inadvertently starting another ticket , but oh well, I haven't heard back yet from the first one.

I was going to play Wednesday's Happy Hour as well, unfortunately work is slow, but since you cannot get an answer even within days, I didn't bother, because I had no idea at the time what the excuse would be , perhaps they unqualified me because I made a withdrawal the week before.
I just want to point out that slow customer service will cost you guys business. I really like playing there, above other rooms, despite your quirks and glitches, but somehow I keep getting the feeling that you will do everything to your advantage when it comes to freebies; as your normal bonus policy clearly shows.
On the other hand I appreciate a good an honest promotion, like I thought your Happy Hour promo was last week, when you did pay out the promised tickets.
Instilling confidence and then taking it away.... or ?
