Any experience with how long it takes for bonuses to come through on 888? I signed up last week and am eligible for a no deposit bonus but 5 days later and I haven't received it yet (I have checked bonus tab, spam folder etc.). I've emailed support but no reply yet. I should also have received a deposit bonus but no sign of that either...

They tricked me when downloading 888poker there was a message that said that with only $ 10 deposit and with the promotional code they would give you a special bonus of $ 15 and when I did all the steps, and rebice only had $ 10 and there was a Message that the bonus They paid you the next day, 5 days have passed and I don't have a bonus, I feel cheated sir and outraged :mad::mad::mad:

Is 888poker available in austria? Many sources say yes, but once I downloaded the software and wanted to register, it said that 888poker doesn't operate in my country. It has never asked me which country I'm from, though :confused:

I am a veteran of 888 poker of many years and I have got to say how much I detest the new lobby, it is way too busy and I have to hunt to find anything and if you want to see your balance you need a magnifying glass.
Why do companies insist on changing something that is not broken.
Given up playing there now. party poker did the same a few years ago but in the end they completely redesigned the lobby, I hope 888 do the same but not holding my breath.

888poker do not pay anymore

First, i am member of 888poker from 2009. For 12 years i have had many many deposit and withrawals there. I am 94th level there, and my account was fully verified.
On 16th december 2020, i tried to withdraw 360$, but on cashier i got message that they have some tehnical problems and to contact support. I contacted support and sent screenshots, and they told me that they will update problem in 1-3 days.
I though that maybe they will need my id again so i sent my id. They answer me that my documents are accepted, and to go to safe-cashier and try to withdraw from there. There was same-tehnical problem.
I told them that i have same problem and that i am now worried about my money.
Their answer astonished me. They CLOSED my account with excuse that i am compulsive gambler and to take gambling therapy, and to go to safe-cashier and to withdraw my money.
After i calm down after their insults, i went to safe-cashier to withdraw. There i got message that my account is restricted and that i have to VERIFY my account. I sent my id AGAIN, after few days i got same message that i have to verify account, without any mail from them what else i have to send. I ask them what i have to send, without answer.
Then i send my driver licence and bill, after few days i got message that i have to verify my account. I ask them 2 times more what i have to send, they didnt answer.
Then i send mail to them that is enough and that i will go to PUBLIC with my case, their answer was same message about compulsive gambling and that their are closing my account.

As i see that their behaving shows that they are not paying money any more.

I want to give advice to new members who wants to play there, do not deposit.
I want to give advice to old members who are playing there, withdraw your money.
I want to give advice to cardschat, do not marketing them.

Does support at 888 even read the mails before responding? I was in a tournament the other day that had 25 minutes of rebuys. The rebuys went on for OVER AN HOUR.
I sent screenshots showing when the rebuys ended, etc. I gave all the information about the tournament.
Many days later, I get an email asking for the information I had just sent them. I responded again. I got a response telling me that yes, the tournament had 25 minutes of rebuys :s
The problem is, I registered for a tournament with 25 minutes of rebuys, and expected rebuys to end after 25 minutes, but the rebuys went on for over an hour. Is that too complicated for anyone to understand??? I don't even know what to say anymore..
Then a couple days ago, I went to enter a freeroll with 30 minutes of late registration. It had only been running a few minutes, was not at max players, and registration was closed. I have a screenshot of that as well.
What the heck is going on at 888????

I got free blast tickets from there 'free spin wheel'. It wouldn't allow me to use them on my computer, but it would allow me to use them on my phone. Which i found weird.

I could play another tourney with the 10c ticket but not blast. A 10 c blast wanted to charge 2 10c tickets. Now I have one left and still can't participate a 10c blast tournament with a 10c blast tickets.

I played a happy hour Blast 5$ on Monday, one of the rare chances I get to play at that time on a work day. I did play the week before and the free Happy Hour tix popped up in messages, you have to push the "claim now" button.
This week the message never popped up . I reloaded several times to be sure during the next days . I contacted customer support Wednesday about it.

Finally on Thursday the message did pop up, and when I pressed the claim now button, it immediately popped up the red text to say the offer expired.
I sent this in to customer support as well, inadvertently starting another ticket , but oh well, I haven't heard back yet from the first one.

I was going to play Wednesday's Happy Hour as well, unfortunately work is slow, but since you cannot get an answer even within days, I didn't bother, because I had no idea at the time what the excuse would be , perhaps they unqualified me because I made a withdrawal the week before.

I just want to point out that slow customer service will cost you guys business. I really like playing there, above other rooms, despite your quirks and glitches, but somehow I keep getting the feeling that you will do everything to your advantage when it comes to freebies; as your normal bonus policy clearly shows.

On the other hand I appreciate a good an honest promotion, like I thought your Happy Hour promo was last week, when you did pay out the promised tickets.

Instilling confidence and then taking it away.... or ?

Consider yourself lucky. Since they changed the wheel game I have never ever gotten anything other than those basic freeroll tickets.

At least with the old game, there was some variance where you got nothing most times and a basic low prize sometimes, and a rare better prize.

It is kind of stupid IMHO to now present a spin wheel that 200 times in a row will come up with the same results out of a supposed 9 possible outcomes.

IT is obviously a "fixed" promo , and does not instill confidence in a poker room that claims to be honest

I hope 888 considers this seriously. Present yourselves as honest as you can. I am all for the spin game. The prizes could be thought out better for you and the customers. "Play X amount of games, get 1 free" spaces on the wheel, for example. Make it genuinely random , maybe much larger so the big prizes are honestly harder to hit.

Make it fair and honest.

888 Poker is a room that is evolving, every day more, it is in a lot of growth and that is due to its promotions, and its system, before there were promotions such as spinning the roulette and generally it always fell the same, now there are more promotions, even for raising the ranking, gold coins, they give you sports bets, and there is also a great diversity of frerrolls tournaments just by making a deposit, you have the opportunity to participate in these tournaments, they are every two hours and others at the same Now, this makes it easier for the players to get a good bank, I'm not that much of their customer, but they really are improving a lot, I really congratulate them.

Well understood.

So what can I do to get an invitation?

Will I need to pass Level 100 or so?
As I said itt's invitation only and there are no known qualifications.
It would of course be for the top VIP players I should imagine.

"upon further review of your account we can confirm that the $5 Happy Hour Blast was sent to you to be claimed but later expired on the 7th. However, we have credited your account with a $5 tournament ticket as a goodwill gesture."


Now I have some follow up questions:

If the message doesn't pop up when logging in, is there any other way to get to messages in the PC App? I hunted all around and did not find access to messages anywhere.

I tried many times logging back in and for whatever reason this message never appeared until 3 days later.

Also there seems to be a very small window here , the message will not pop up until at least 24 hours pass, but after 72 hours or so it expires?
