I was informed yesterday that 888’s services are no longer offered to players located in Serbia and that my account will be closed as of 31/12/2020.
I wonder what is the reason for this decision?

I can find only for few of them, not all.

I have 2FA activated, however I do not receive any text anymore with the code. So now I have to request a email every time I want to login. But since a few days, round this time I do not receive any emails from 888poker anymore. Will I sign-in in the morning, no problem, but evenings horrible. Can't access my account now with 2FA.

it's pokerstars approved,so i thought it's ok...my its free version with basic statistics anyway....and i had it like 2 years ago and i did not have any problems until now

I have such a question. I got a few casino bonuses. in the explanation about wagering, it is said that you need to put a certain amount in the game to withdraw the bonus. how to play correctly?
I have played slots for probably more than a hundred runs at $0.2 and fifty runs at $0.4.
But there are no changes on the wagering scale. whether it's a $0.24 or $10 bonus.
what am I doing wrong?

Was playin cash Omaha hi/lo $3 start stack, every time iplayed a hand it brought my balance back to $3 ??????????? note auto rebuys was OFF in settings

I am having a terrible time with 888poker's withdrawal procedure. I deposited with a Canadian visa card when I joined. I tried to withdraw some of my winnings to be sure that the site was legitimate. I was informed that my VISA card does not accept withdrawals from gaming sites. I entered my Canadian bank account details and tried again. After almost two weeks of "Awaiting Process", my US$60.00 withdrawal was finally processed a few days ago. The problem is that my bank account was only credited with US$40.91 on Dec. 31. Why didn't I receive the entire US$60.00?

Do you know, an if not do you have some one you could ask and inform us here: when I have tried to go to Live Chat customer service in my observation it has said Chat Presently Unavailable for weeks now. Can you pls find out for us when will it be available again? Could it be possible that they would put that information there where it says presently unavaulable? Or, remove the whole chat or change that word presently to permanently?

It will be available at some point in the future but due to most of the staff working from home etc it has been suspended for now.
