Why is there this "Winner spinner wheel"? Wouldn't it be much easier for both you and the players if you just automatically dropped a ticket every day instead of people having to spin the wheel that always gives them the same price every time?

You sometimes get a blast ticket. I spin everyday and you are right 90% of the time it is a freeroll ticket which I have absolutely not intention of playing, but I do play the blast tickets even if they are are for 20c mostly haha

I have noticed the same, so I have pretty much stopped "spinning the wheel" as all it ever gives me is the freeroll ticket and those freerolls take place whilst I am at work anyways lol. Not sure how random it is though as I guess those who play higher stakes and contribute more in rake will probably spin the bigger prizes much more often.

When you are playing at the table go into the games lobby and at the bottom you will see the option to switch to bb but it still won't switch the actual amounts at the table but only in the lobby.

The option will be added to the table in some future update but please take into account that the majority of players prefer it as it is so we will need to give both options.

Recently been playing 2nl snap tables at 888 on the mobile App, is there away to check how many hands I have played this month? I currently do not have access to the desktop version so dont have tracking software as on the mobile software.

Would support be able to tell me this information if I email them at the end of each month perhaps?

In my experience other prices in the spinning wheel are equally random than anything above 50 cents price in 10 cents blasts, meaning you only see them spinning but never get any of them.

This is what it says in the app (or at least said 5 minutes ago). So, should you get points for tournament fee or not? Some would think you should fix the system to credit the points as they should be credited.

This a cardschat issue as you need to use their link to sign up otherwise you will not be able to play in their freerolls.
You need to contact the forums admin and they will assist you.

Yes you get rake for the cash tables and points for fees at tournaments.
For instance if it costs a $100 to enter the game and you have to pay the $9 fee you should get 900 points by your calculations is that what you are saying?

i have installed on my laptop only pokertracker and hand2note which was legal before and after their late software update they even doesnt worked. Non of them was started when they disabled my account.




I have wrote them several emails, but they just ignored me..its been already a ful month

I was informed yesterday that 888’s services are no longer offered to players located in Serbia and that my account will be closed as of 31/12/2020.
I wonder what is the reason for this decision?
