I have one Neptune ticket, but this Sunday probably I’ll miss the tournament and next week I’ll get another one. Can I use 2 Neptune ticket in one tournament ? ( maybe as reentry).

The details are as mentioned in the email players received several weeks ago:

The next wager you make will use your Cash Balance first, before using your Bonus Funds.
Only wagers made using your Bonus Funds will contribute to the applicable Bonus Wagering Requirements.

So yes, as long as the player has non bonus money (cash) in his account he will not wager his bonus.

Regarding this point:
Any remaining Bonus(es) & vouchers, such as: Free Play, Free Spins, Tournament Tickets, Free Bets etc. may be forfeited upon a withdrawal request, as indicated in “My Account”.

We are saying that bonuses may be forfeited upon withdrawal request.

For poker players, only bonuses that were received upon deposit will be forfeit upon withdrawal request.

Once requesting a withdrawal, players will see first which bonuses will be forfeited before submitting the withdrawal.

There are different regualation fom some countries so maybe that is a requirement for your country as maybe you have to pay taxes on winnings or something.
Reply back and ask them the reason for that requirement as this is the first time I have heard of this requirement.

Is there any more games coming in the new poker club?

From what I can see they have actually taking value out. Only having one 5k and one 10k for smaller levels now.

They used to have 6k 8k and a 10k.
Disappointing.

I am at level 188. Doesn't feel like there is any reward for keep on climbing the levels.

2 questions:

1) Can you look at those multiple accounts? I have some doubts that it's the same person... And he made final table on the Canadian Freeroll last Saturday (3PM Eastern Time)

2) I made some NHL bets before the season started that would have ended at the seasons end. Will you refund them now that the season has changed? I tried to get Bet history as proofs, but they are not available.

They have made some changes to the poker club rewards and have withdrawn some of the freerolls. There are still plenty of freerolls available in all promotions though.
